Hotel location is good and room comfortable.
Location, Room and staff performance all good.

not so good
food shop in the building
it is not a 5 star hotel. service is max 3 star. lobby staff without smile. lower floors rooms old and smelly. need renovation. 200hkd from the airport by taxi and 100 to the TST. GYM is ok, swimming pool is a pond. that time was expo time so 9 am could not use a lift it was packed by chinese exhibitors with boxes.

Location, convenience.
The hotel is ok, except, no WiFi, the water running out from the shower room into the toilet area, hard to fine the outlet for the hair dryer and no mirror around you can use when blow dry the hair. Staff performance, the person who help me in the morning is ok and I will rate her 3. The person, Chris Law (Chris 羅) helps me in the afternoon, he is very patient, to satisfied a customer's needs. I will rate him as 8. On the question #1 above, I can not answer due to I never use their dinning service.
