Big room and a very nice view

excellent view through the window, shopping mall and street vendor around. quite far from central tourist site but transport easy. and easy access from airport. there are 2 pools (indoor and outdoor) and the view from the pool is excellent and gym were good too.

Huge hotel with rooms bigger than those located in the city centre. Choose Tower 2 as rooms here are newer.

The hotel offered us an upgrade to superior room from standard room during my wife birthday. The hotel is located near the harbour and the view is superb especially at night. Room condition is good and the bathroom is equipped with powerful shower which allow you a refreshing hot shower after a day long shopping.

Lovely hotel but no wifi inside the room

the hotel was nice with big bath/bedroom which allows a big family of 4-5 persons to stay without cramping. it has also a big lobby with a friendly, english speaking receptionist. though the downside of this is no wifi inside the room but only at the lobby, hence everytime you have to use the internet you have to go down to the lobby from your hotel room thus going down from 50-77th floor if you are staying at that floor. hotel loaction was also far from the tourist attractions but since it is near the mtr station it doesnt matter unless you are travelling with an elders or kids in which i did, it will take you an hour or more to go to a tourist attractions. hotel policy for using the swiming pool is also out of context. tried to let my 8yr old kid swim in the pool but to no avail they did not permit it unless with an adult, tried to reason to use the knee deep swimming pool but also forbade it, what the h%#+. a bit expensive for a hotel which is far from the center of attractions.

i booked my stay in to different reservations and they were able to combine both of them together so i wouldn't have to check-out and check-in again which was very nice of the staff member helping me.
the room i was given did not have a complete harbour view but only half. the room was smaller but the toilet room was very very small. my knees almost touched the wall when walking in. however, the room was clean and everything in the room was working properly.
a flaw to harbour view rooms is that the reception is not that good. i had to stand either by the window or in the hallway to make a phone call.
the hotel is not in the heart of hong kong, but there is lots of shopping that can be done around the hotel. the mtr for tsuen wan west is also in walking distance if you want to travel to kowloon or causeway bay.

Wonderful memories with excellence service

Decided to stay at L'nina Hotel as the review from others is quite good so going to test it out myself. The overall satisfaction was beyond my expection as the staff service is good and the room is very spacious and clean. The hotel itself are link to the citywalk shopping mall and there are lots of wet market nearby which we can explore. We will definitely book this hotel again if we coming back for holidays.
