Good hotel Guest Rating: 3.7

Overall a decent experience. Rooms are clean, linens good and the usual complement of room amenities (slippers, soaps, safe, etc..) Did not find that the ventilation in the bathroom was good (the toilet and shower appear to share a same air pathway) and no user controlled fan in the bathroom. Interestingly while the hotel is new it does not always feel that way. Perhaps it was the fact that it seemed awfully dark and quiet in the hallways. It is a huge, tall building, nicely designed but does not appear to be finished 100% yet. I wonder if it was built assuming that there would be enough clientele who would rather stay here than make the slightly longer journey to TST, or HK island. In the current climate I would be surprised if they managed to fill this building up on a regular basis.

Location - around corner from Tsuen Wan West. MTR station; lots of good malls in the area. Concierge Service - good Newer building, overall clean. Room - good size has neat bathroom. Rooms cleaned daily with care. Free internet access from a dozen terminals in the lobby.

Location - while it is close to an MTR, it is a fair distance to Mongkok, TST and HK Island. Lobby - a bit confusing as not clearly labeled where to go for check-in etc. Construction is not complete or at least does not appear to be complete for the convention center.

• Shopping Tip : 3 shopping malls along with the sub hotel mall, all within 3 blocks. MTR only a 1-2 minute walk from the lobby to the south west of the building

Comfortable But A Bit Far Guest Rating: 3.5

In general, we enjoyed out stay at this hotel given the cost we paid for. We stayed at a non-smoking floor but unfortunately the hotel booked too many tourists who are smokers on our floor. The fire alarm even went off on the second night we stayed. And, we could smell the cigarette when we were in the room.

Free Internet access at lobby 24 hours a day. Room size is OK. Bedding is comfortable.

Location a bit far away for the major tourist sites. No Internet access available at room.

• Restaurant Tip : There is a dim sum place not too far from the hotel at Tsuen Wan Plaza. The dim sum is really good and cheap (comparing the price in San Francisco, USA). It starts early in the morning at 7:00 am.

I used to be satisfied with this hotel alot last year, but this trip I was not satisfied at all as I got a smaller room without a good view as I had requested

• Shopping Tip : Opposite the hotel was a big market where you can walk around and see local people shopping for food. Hotel is also close (5-10 mins) walk to big shopping center citywalk, Tsue Wan Plaza

First Stay at L'Hotel Nina Et Convention Centre Guest Rating: 5.0

This is my first stay at L'Hotel Nina et Convention Centre. Even though Tsuen Wan is about 30 minutes away from Mongkok and Tsim Sha Tsui, there are many shopping centres, restaurants and stores nearby. It has very large and clean rooms and it was only a 5 minute walk to Tsuen Wan West. I would definitely stay here again.

• Shopping Tip : Excellent restaurants at CityWalk and Tsuen Wan Centre(eg. Jade Garden)

Many shopping mall and restaurant around hotel area, it's nice to go and see.
