The hotel was easy to get to - only s short walk from the MTR or tram. The nearby shops, eating places and bars were very convenient. Enjoyed the pleasant stay in Hong Kong. Staff were helpful and eager to answer our questions. The main drawback was the size of the room, compared to "cheaper" rates in Macau for larger & more luxurious rooms.

Room was small and harbour view was not as depicted on hotel website.Decor of room was stylish and ensuite was aesthetically pleasing,small but functional.There were sachets of coffee and tea but no utensils to make same.Hotel handbook could be more informative and probably needs to be rewritten.These things apart,we enjoyed our stay and the location is a winning feature of this hotel.

This hotel is well-located and easy for taxi drivers to find. Friendly helpful reception desk staff with good English.Small quite comfortable rooms decorated in faux-Chinoiserie with reasonable amenities (toiletries, hairdryer, cable TV etc) plus iPod deck and complimentary tea and coffee. Very tiny closet, barely adequate for one person, and my room was freezing despite the aircon being on 30 degrees, although the weather was unseasonably cold for HK. Also hotel quite noisy, however it was Chinese New Year with lots of families with children staying. I did not eat there so can't comment on restaurants or room service.
Nightlife Tip:
Very conveniently-located to the many bars and restaurants in Hollywood Rd, Wyndham St and LKF

The hotel is at a very good place where is quite near mtr and bus station but its just a little bit hard to find at the beginning. Staffs there are very sweet. Btw,u can get holy drunk at lan kwai fong. The view is very good, maybe its just because we lived at the top of the building. The room is bigger than i imagined but the toilet is still too small imo.

I stayed at Lan Kwai Fong Hotle for 2 nights for business and also plus shopping. This hotel is good for shopper due to great location. Just 2 mins walk to H&M at central and 7/11 in front of the hotel.
This price is not include BF (just found that after finished my payment) but easy to find BF around the hotel.
Helpful staff. Great lift. Good bed and pillows.

Two mins walk to H&M!!!!!

One night in Hong Kong
Location is great for Central and Lan Kwai Fong.
Quick and efficient check in/out.

My room was well equipped, bed was firm
and shower great.The hotel is not easy to find because the hotel is on the corner of Aberdeen Street and from Wellington Street (the main road through Lan Kwai Fong) there is no sign showing Aberdeen Street. Aberdeen Street runs down the hill and the hotel is up the hill. hotel map on their website is useless. Hotel charges for wifi which is a pain. F&B not well advertized.
Travel tip:
Go out of the hotel, down Aberdeen, turn right on Wellington and on the right is a good bar (Mingles) which is great place to meet friends. The bathroom there should not be missed.

I've stayed here before. After a hard day's work on business it's a pleasure to take in a nice meal in Soho. The variety of restaurants is fabulous. And the it's a great people watching area in Soho/Lan Kwai Fong. If you don't care about a small room then this is a very neat place to stay.
Travel tip:
It is very easy walk to the great IFC mall and also the Airport Express

I have stayed here several times before and have come back each trip I make to Hong Kong. It's a bit hilly in the area til you get to the escalator but the exercise can be good. Love all the various and sundry restaurants in Soho which make for a pleasurable evening after a hard day's work
Shopping Tip:
IFC mall is just a short walk or escalator ride down into Central

I would stay again at this hotel. It was clean and convenient and served my need to conserve accomodation money to use for other things. Just be sure that you know there are two hotels with the same name. The other one is a bit classier, so you will want to stay there for the appearance, but make the effort and come here and save your hard earned money. Hong Kong is easy enough to get around anyway. Have fun!
Restaurant Tip:
There's a lovely restaurant right inside this hotel with a rooftop garden so you don't need to rush away to check out what else there is around you if you come hungry and tired.

Nice clean rooms, good decoration in the rooms, oriental style which was quite pleasant. Convenient location, to the business district and friendly staff that make you feel quite at home. Comfortable and nice place to stay and quite reasonably priced as well, considering it was in the business district.
