The price paid,not worth.

Location at wholesaler shops selling material fabric.So this shops close at 6pm,and the place deserted at night.10 minutes walk from nearby Prince Edward MTR.Room too small and hardly any space to place luggage.Hotel staff,reception,not so friendly.Won' stay here anymore.Advice to any guess not to book this hotel.

I stayed there 4 nights with two other friends in the triple room. The stay is not bad. The room is really small, but it was okay for us since the hotel is just for sleeping in the night as we spent most of our time outside the hotel. The bath room is very small too. It is not really close to the train station, but still able to walk there (10-15 mins walk).

Clean but tiny triple room
Clean room, friendly staffs & within walking distance to local food.

The room was abit too tiny for 3pax, but it is cosy.. We could only open 1 24inch luggage at a time.
The toilet was too cramp. But we find it ok. Overall, I have a great stay.

The staff cannot provide clear direction whenever we ask. Every time received the answer definitely is very far... Really make me mad is below matter.
1. That’s few places we can reach within 5-10 minute walking distance from the hotel but they asking us that the MTR as reason given is very far from the hotel.
2. Really get mad is when I’m asking additional access card on the last night staying. I’m planning going out and back late. Definitely have my reason only go request additional access card. I’m travel with mom, cannot be I go out with the only access card and leave mom in room with air Cond & electricity.
The funny reason given to me, still have some guest not yet check-in. Lastly I get the access card but I’m still hope Lander hotel can take some action to guide your staff on everything mentioned above and etc.

When booking room, planned to enjoy the fitness faculty. Got there,and find out, it was underconstruction... The room was small,and the walls were thin,so listened to our neighbors tv to sleep. Am glad it was a one night stay.

Nothing great about location. Need to walk about 10mins to nearest MTR. Cannot really find good foods nearby. Its also a little far from shopping areas, some famous night markets and nightlife areas.
