Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

It is just a place to sleep, nothing more than that
nothing is good in, but just cleanliness is alright.
2.7
The staff is lousy, don even know their place clearly. Ask for 2 access card but refuse to provide. The hotel is quite far from the MTR.
But there is one good dim sum restaurant just right opposite this Hotel name Chang Hong.
Remember, u just go in directly to find the place by yourself as the waitress will not attend u. Service is very bad, but Food is nice.

No nonsense hotel
though the rooms are small, the beddings are comfortable as compared to the hostels.
7.3
it takes about 15 to 20 minutes walk from the Prince Edward MTR station.
staff is efficient
careful with the in-room safe. It's one of those cheap China-made products that didn't seem to work well if you follow instructions. So try to check the safe first without putting your valuables in it first.
not many places nearby for breakfast
Restaurant Tip:
there's a corner bakery near the MTR station. they open at 6am and close quite late as they are still open when we passed by at 10pm.
there's also a nearby late night hot-pot / shabu shabu place that a lot of locals visit. It's a unique place as it's the only one serving the shabu shabu using half a winter melon as a bowl. the winter melon being part of the soup after boiling it for so long makes it healthy.
there's a seafood restaurant that seems to be open 24 hours near the hotel. but it's expensive.

Competitive room rate but small room
competitive room rate, convenient location, clean room, free WIFI
6.3
Pros:
- competitive room rate
- convenient location (5 min walk to MTR station)
- clean room
- free WIFI in room
Cons:
- very small room (could hear people talked in the hallway)
- small hotel (don't recommend for business travellers)
- service was ok, there is still room to improve
- pic of the lobby (when I booked the room) is different from the actual lobby
- hotel is facing a garbage disposal station

Small but convenient
Comfortable and close to shopping
7.3
We booked a triple room because we were traveling with our teenage son. We called the room our "micro suite" because it was very small, but actually had two separate sleeping areas, each with their own flat screen tv - the twin bed was just inside the door to the room, where there was also a small desk, safe and mini-fridge. Around the corner was a large double bed - actually two twins made up as one bed, but it was quite comfortable. There was not much room to move around the bed though.
The bathroom was off a narrow hallway between the two sleeping areas and it was also very small with no place to set toiletries other than on top of the toilet tank (not convenient), or a tiny shelf above the sink (barely room for toothbrushes).
The staff was friendly, with good English, and quick to bring extra pillows when asked. The room was nice and clean, and unless you need space to move around, quite comfortable.
Shopping Tip:
The hotel is one train stop from the Ladies Night Market which is a lot of fun, full of bargains, and open until 10:30PM.

This hotel is relatively new and well located to the Mong Kok shopping district. This hotel takes tiny to a new level and don't turn around too quickly if you are sharing a room. The service is good but Hong Kong style if you know what i mean!
Hotel Feature Tip:
Ask for the extra pillow.

really nice hotel but very small rooms
room feels very comfortable
6.7
The hotel was quite hard to spot when we first got here. the location isnt quite far away from the main shopping area but still in walking distance. If you're taking a taxi then its a really great place to come back to at night. Rooms are comfortable and get a decent view of the area surrounding. There is a street full of bars pretty close. Elevator is very small so you might have to make two trips if your'e travelling with family and have luggage. Also there was nobody to help carry our luggage in for us which was quite a pain because we were travelling with quite alot of heavy luggage. Staff did not seem very happy or polite.
