Best Hotel for traveling with young children
I love that they prepare a basket of kid's bath, shampoo and lotion without asking.

I love the location, it is so close to everything, food, shopping, tourist attraction and the MTR. I love the fact that the MTR is right under our building and there's lots of food for the kids right next to the lobby. The hotel staff were friendly and nice. I think the room maids are very kind and friendly too. I also enjoy the swimming pool and the steam and sauna room. It was excellent to relax after a long shopping day!
Shopping Tip:
Shopping is just across the street, just take the elevator down to street level and shop!

it is most convinient for business and leisure. Right above a MTR station and short taxi ride to Airport shuttle Kowloon station or rail to New Territory. No complaint, great services and ambience. Will stay again if on business.
Shopping Tip:
you can walk in the radius of 2 km,there are all sort of shopping and late at night outside hotel also have mobile stores. Do bargain if you shopping at street side stores.

The hotel was an oasis in busy mongkok. It was a relief to return to the hotel each day. The lobby changed each morning with fresh flowers and candles in the evening. There was a bed turn down each night and cute features- a yoyo, range of pillows, iphone stereo, in the room. Great pool on the top floor with a decent gym. (the hotel smelt good!)

This is a nice hotel, close to shopping and eating. Our flight arrive early, when we arrive to the hotel is 1:30 pm. The hotel is so nice and let us check in early since they have room available for us. we enjoy to stay in this hotel. I will book this hotel again.

The hotel lies in the heart of Mongkok, just minutes from the Mongkok MTR station. You can take the MTR Airport Express and alight at Mongkok Station. Take lifts or escalator all the way to the hotel lobby. You will be greeted by the friendly staff at front desk who will provide you with a nice cool face towel while they manage the check-in process.
The hotel has a heated pool right at the top level and there are SPA services as well. At level 5, you can get free access to internet. In the evening, all the flowers in the compound will be changed to candles to signify the change of day to night.
All the items in the room are "ME" centered, for e.g. for dining, the menu is titled "Eat Me", information, "Read Me" and so on. It is very interesting. The bathroom is reasonable in size and is separated from the bed with a clear glass. There is a blind which you can roll down to shield the bathroom. The bed is comfortable with 5 pillows provided, but I find that too soft. For TV, it comes with LCD and video-on-demand is also available.
There phone in the room is an IP phone which allows you to check the cost incurred at any point in time. You can check you flight schedule, weather, and read world news. The room also comes with the iHome, iPhone docking station, cool!
It is on a great location whereby it is just a stone's throw away to Ladies Market, Nathan Road shopping district,etc.

a relax time at Langham Place hotel

it's a good place to stay, near to shopping centres, some nice little restaurants, also near to 'ladies street' and some interesting 'market streets' where you can see how the local sell their vegetables, pork and fruits, other than the normal tall buildings. Hotel is comfortable and customer service is great!
Restaurant Tip:
check out the dessert store next to the hotel, at the shopping mall.

My Stay in Langham Place
MTR is within reach; good shopping area; traditional eating locations are easily found within walking distance

The hotels in HongKong are not cheap and infact pretty expensive. I do not mind paying a little bit more but at least it should bundle with internet access in the room. In fact, most hotels in other countries are having this facility without you worrying of not having the access.
Next, the check-in system needs to improve as they are slow and are not prepared in receiving guests. We were disappointed in this area.

Overall is a very perfect hotel, room so big and clean, staffs are so friendly and kind. Staff are very helpful. They speak in well English. Hotel fecilities is so perfect, gym room so big and tidy, swimming pool so big and have a nice view. Roof deck is in good view, good environment. Location goog, 2 mins walk to MRT. Will recommend friend to stay this hotel again. I;ll be back, see ya.
