Great location but a bit pricey

This hotel is a great hotel to stay provided you have no issue withe price. I paid for one night of accomodation. If you are on a budget, I suggest you skip this hotel. With the same price, you can probably stay 2 nights in other nearby hotel. On the other hand, if you do have the money, this hotel is one of the best location to stay in HK. It is located next to the ladies market and a big shopping mall that has a lot of international food. There is even a cinema on the mall. Hotel staffs from the concierge to the room service is impeccable. Everything that you need, they will settle it within minutes.
Shopping Tip:
You must bargain hard at the ladies market. A rough estimation is to ask for at least 50% discount from the price quoted. Be ready to get shock if you happen to meet rude vendors after you have decided not to buy their item.

We have a good time staying in this hotel. The hotel staffs are very helpful with regards to where to eat and where to shop. They are also very kind to upgrade us to a better room! In general, we are very pleased with the hotel cleanliness and also the service that we received provided with the price that we are paying. We will definitely come back and stay here again on our next trip.

I usually stay at their sister hotel in Tsim Sha Tsui, but for a change I booked this Hotel. I enjoyed the surroundings in Mongkok and everything was at my fingertips. Fantastic mall was located by indoor bridge on lobby floor. Metro was very close. Rooms are at 5 star standards and the breakfast was by far the most delicious I have ever had in HK. The best priced 5 star hotel on the Island. Langham Place will not disappoint!

Nice and clean place with train station below; definitely accessible. Staff r polite and can speak English. Room and toilet r clean and spacious. Alot of tv channels : never get bored in th room. So if u do get bored, can go the the shopping centre beside it. Lots go food choices and places to catch up on last min shopping. Qi wah bakery there too. However, hong kong always filled with tourist. Waited for our room despite after check in time but you overlook it as staff r nice and there's a shopping centre to kill time
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Might want to stay indoor more often due to pollution

very good location.... easy to shop, convenient to eat, can go to the food markets as well

excellent location... but not flexible on the late check-out time. we have 3 rooms thinking to request extend check-out time till 4pm for one of the room... unfortunately not granted....by the way, the room was not cleaned need to call and ask them to do thr clean-up

rooms were brilliant with everything we needed.

A very good location near Mong Kok and Tsim Sha Tsui. Comfortable bedding, 43/F swimmimng pool and romatic lounge at 2/F, Nice and Beautiful Front Desk Staff are very helpfu and sweet.
