Hip Hotel with great location

nice and clean hotel with special theme of art. small and cozy. equipped with iphone in the room for free usage and surfing and calls. room is not very big which is a standard for hong kong hotels. room temperature can be easily controlled using touchscreen. great toilet with separate bathtub and shower room. shopping center is just beside the hotel. location is great in mongkok with train station at door step. a lot of outdoor shopping with mid-range to low range items and small eateries. iphone with maps comes in handy to shop around the shops and around the streets.
Shopping Tip:
The outdoor shopping shops and eateries at the doorstep.

The staff were professional and prompt in their service. It's link to the next door shopping mall and mtr made it convenient for shopping and getting around. didn't try the hotel food because the mall had lots of choices. Made my family stay pleasant. Would recommend it.

Best hotel in Hong Kong so far

we already went to a lot of nice hotel in hk (hyatt in shatin, mira in tst, w in kowloon,... ) but this one is the best (and the most expensive too). the service was top grade, the room was not very big but very nice with a jacuzzi in the bathroom, the club option was really good (even if the choice of appetizers was not so large). my only "cons" was the bed which we found extremely hard and which prevented us to have a good night of sleep, too bad.
but i would totally recommend this hotel.

We were surprised that the reception counter staff checked us in before 0900am. Warm towels were also provided for us to freshen up after a 14 hours flight from San Francisco. The room is spacious and clean. The room was cleaned twice a day. There is a food court at the 6th floor, where the lobby is l
located. This hotel is linked to Langham Place Shopping Center. Ladies Street night market is just five minutes away.
Shopping Tip:
This hotel is just five minutes walk from Ladies Street night market. There are many shops and restaurants near the hotel.

nice and clean room but no exhaust fan in the bathroom, near the shopping centre and mtr, close to any shopping centre

we stay for 4days 3 nights, most of the time is very convenience and the hotel staff is very helpful. we on vacation with no tour. the give great assistance on where to go and what to eat. great hotel. good recommendation. the hotel location is in the hard of mongkok shopping district, you just need to cross the street to find shopping malls and if you need go by mtr also underneath the shopping mall. very convenience.
the room size also quite big, we have vital room. its not like other hongkong hotel which is very small.

Very Nice Hotel with great service

The Staff were great with helpful hints and suggestions. One mistake we made was using in house laundry service - very expensive. Even tough we enquired about the price before hand as we only wanted a regular wash service - however they drycleaned everything including underware and the price was exorbitant. Otherwise everything was great.
Restaurant Tip:
In Langham Place Shopping Plaza - directly over the road from the Hotel - conected by over pass - Level 12 there are great restaurants - Tapas and Amini our favorites.

a fabulous hotel with an ideal location. great staff, friendly service is the order of the day, or night. the hotel is located in a very busy and convenient area. shopping is in abundance both outside and in the adjoining shopping mall as well. shops are open 'til 10 for dinner or if you'd like, dine at one of the hotel's excellent restaurants...(try the suckling pig). there's also a subway station a few minutes walk away. one very minor note...our room was a little cold on our first night, but staff promptly brought a portable heater. a bit on the pricey side but worth every penny. breakfast is absolutely first class!! this is an excellent hotel

Very affordable laundry service is available a couple blocks away from the hotel...check concierge

Great location! Is linked to mtr station, next to a big shopping mall and near ladies market. Nice food around the hotel too. Will definitely stay there again.
