the location is simply fantastic with the shopping in this area really good as well as the numerous eating options it really is a great place to stay when in hong kong.
we have stayed a few times and would stay again.
this time they could have given us triple room and not just a wheel out, for our son.
maybe next time..

I loved the stay here, I just kept extending my stay as I know that other hotels in Hong Kong around the same area and price have tiny rooms and not good food.
The Langam Place has great location, service, rooms, and food beats all my previous experiences !
Shopping Tip:
The 12-storey Langham Mall is connected to the hotel at Lobby level

Very friendly staff from the first time I arrived until I leave. The front desk also very helpful when my sister lost her luggage on the way to the airport. Swimming pool also nice, unfortunately I didn't get a chance to try their famous Spa.

the location of this hotel is really great. it is just beside the mongkok mrt. we were provided with warm towel during check in which make me felt very welcomed to their hotel. the staff are really helpful and very polite. the room is very clean. since that was our honeymoon stay, we were provided with a small surprise. will definitely stay again during our next trip to hongkong

we had a great stay at the langham place, hong kong (4 nights). on the first day there, it happened to be my dad's 65th birthday (we did not inform the staff - but they found this out when keying in our passport details at check-in) - as soon as we got our rooms, they delivered a cake to my dad's room to wish him happy birthday - which was a lovely surprise.
the hotel is located in the heart of mongkok - so the area that it is in looks a little bit old chinatown style- which was a bit shocking when we first got to the hotel. however, it was an interesting experience being located in the area where it is not as "touristy" (compared to e.g. tsim tsha sui). there are many markets nearby (ladies market, jade market, etc), and the mtr is located about 5 minutes walk from the hotel.
the concierge at the hotel were extremely helpful, and that was the first place we went to each morning after breakfast, so we could get an idea of where to go that day.
the hotel is right next to the langham place mall (with a walkway connecting the two) - which is very convenient. if you purchase a room without breakfast, not to worry, there are plenty of places to eat nearby.

the hotel management is highly professional. the rooms are clean and there is enough space. we stayed on the 15th and 20th floor, the rooms were the same but the wireless internet was not working on the 20th floor.
the location of the hotel is great, it's connected to a huge shopping mall and is 1 min walk to the mong kok metro station.
and again - the international cuisine is magnificent !

the mongkok mtr station is below the hotel & it includes mall, supermarket, and great restaurants nearby.

the mongkok mtr station is below the hotel. it is very convenient to go any places via mtr. it also has a supermarket, not mini mart, but supermarket. it has near to any great restaurants and nearby there are shopping mall in the complex. it also has 7-11 store.

A hotel with a lot of thoughts put into it...
Excellent concierge, reasonably sized room, near to a great shopping mall (Langham Place) and Mongkok markets.

The hotel is at Mongkok, which can be dirty and rowdy to some. However, if you often find yourself treading in the Mongkok markets when you are in Hong Kong, this hotel may be a good stay because the markets are a mere 10 minutes walk from the hotel.
The hotel is linked up to a huge shopping mall called Langham Place, which probably has more than 100 retail and F&B shops. Most of the shops are not the usual "big chain" shops so you might find something unique there.
