Good location with large room
Very well connected to Langham Place Shopping Centre with many food outlets.

This is the first time we stayed in this hotel after it was recommended by a friend.
The first impression was great as we were greeted and well ushered at the lobby before we checked in. We were even offer hot towel.
We were given high floor with splendid view but need to wait a fair bit longer before we get our keys after checking in. We were asked what language of newspaper to be delivered, however newspapers were not delivered for 2 mornings.
After checking out, the concierge services were quick to offer help to advise and got us a taxi for us to get to Kowloon station.

I have stayed at these hotel no less than 5 times, and my liking for it is still developing! Rms may be small, but considered above average for HK hotels already, love the bathroom especially, with e glass panel. Breakfast is good, do not miss out on the croissants, but sadly in-rm dining did nt satisfy my craving.. Service is wonderful! For the price you pay, I would rate it a 4.5* hotel!!

Aircon throughout hotel was too high. We could not warm up room.
Good room though a bit cramped for 3 of us. But did not compare well with Harbour Grand HK, which for similar price had included club facilities-breakfast, free WIFI, refreshments, afternoon tea, evening wine & nibbles.

A 3.5 star hotel in the middle of everythings
right next to the fresh market

i'm very impress with the hospitality of the hotel staff, most of them can speak english, not to mention their service-minded.
Travel tip:
This hotel located in the middle of Mong Kok district with an easy access to subway and other means of transportation. The hotel is adjacent to the big shoppig center.

room maids clean and change towers twice daily

we will recommend to ours friends going to hkg for holidays, as the service is good and the location is convenient.
Shopping Tip:
many shops selling top brands around the hotel, and smaller shops just a walking distance away.

GREAT Hotel, Great Service Five-Star Hotel

This is a fantastic hotel if price is not a concern. This hotel is located in a fantastic area of Mongkok, which is easily accessible to MTR and other shopping area around Mongkok. The room is nice and clean and staffs are GREAT. I would recommend anyone to stay at this hotel.
Shopping Tip:
Mongkok area is a great place for street-shopping. It is open until late night.

Excellent location and good service in all areas
Located on top of Mongkok MTR. Linked to Langham Place shopping centre by 2 overhead bridges. Free internet connection at Business Centre.

Langham Place hotel is conveniently located above Mongkok MTR station therefore easy access to everywhere in HK via public transport system. It is also next to Langham Place shopping centre and a couple of streets away from the famous "Ladies Market". Good services in all department in this hotel. However room condition is not on the same level. One night stay in this hotel and stayed in Rm 1131. Expected small sized room but bathroom switch was barely hanging, bathtub corners were dirty. No drama as it was only a night stay.

Love the espresso machine and the iphone in the room. However it would be good to upload viber and have more songs ;). Overall i am satisfied... next time i will stay for a few more nights to enjoy the food and facilities

Great Hotel in a great location

Great place to stay whether on business or pleaseure. It is in a great location handy to the MTR anad Mong Kok TST Shopping precinct as well as some great eating places nearby.
Rooms although a littlw small are very comfortable and the Hotel amenities - Spa, Gym, Pool Club Floor are well set up and provide that little extra when needed.
