Everything from the check in, to the concierge, to the roof top pool right down to the bedding as well as the bedroom layout and devine evening buffet. not to mention location location location!! I tried hard to find a flaw but there were none. Everyone was on there toes trying their hardest. From the moment we arrived at the Langham it was wonderful!! our greeting at the front desk was easy and pleasent and met with a smile. Our room was beautiful. The design unique. They made each guest feel as though they were the only one there very very special!! We required the services of the concierge and oh my, they were over the top. We travel the word and stay at many 5 star hotels, but the service we received here was off the hook incredible!! The food at the buffet was outstanding with such variety. Incredible. The roof top pool and spa was devine. The location of the hotel was the best of all. You were within walking distance of every bargin street including Temple, sneaker, goldfish etc. The bellmen where also wonderful for halling a cab and getting you anywhere. As well as the concierge. They are wonderful for making reservation in a snap whether it be at a $ resturant or $$$$$. All in all this hotel superseeded my expections and as we travel to china often this will be our new home in HOng Kong. It is like a luxury home away from home. I have already recommended it to 2 people and that was on the plane home. I cant wait to return.
Shopping Tip : easy access walking distance to the best shopping markets!!

A little bit away from HK harbour, but in the heart of the shopping area. Very nice and serviceminded staff. Clean, nice and modern comfortable rooms. Could have been a bit bigger. Great view from the bath-tub, room -window and elevator. Nice lounge with a various and welltasting breakfast, snacks and drinks.

Shopping Tip : Just go through the shoppingcentre, cross Nathan Road in the underground tunnel and 50 mtrs up the street and yuo are in Ladys Market

Close to night markets, the metro, shopping centres. Wish i had found this place sooner. Awsome hotel, form the moment we arrived the service was first class. Fantastic gym, with the best free sauna i have had. And a plunge bath with night views. Go to Hong Kong alot on business, will always stay here from now on.

True 5 star service and hotel
Great location in Mongkok - right by MTR station for easy access to TST (Kowloon) or HK Island.
Lovely spa and pool on 41st floor with amazing views. The steam bath and changing rooms are beautifully furnished. The only 5 star hotel in Mongkok - excellent location for temple street night market and Ladies market. Very easy to get a cab or MTR to HK island or to Tim Sha Tsui. A much better alternative to the expensive Peninsular and a world better than the original langham (which was musty, dark and dingy).
The food we had was excellent - chicken ceasar salad for room service as we got there late the fist night - each one was a large enough portion for two!
Overall a great hotel which made a lovely end stop to our honeymoon!
Shopping Tip : Ladies market doesnt start up until at least midday each day so dont get up early expecting a pre-lunch market browse!

the hotel is clean & neat, service is good and fast. shopping mall is big and many restaurant to choose for. the room is kinda small for this price The hotel is great, clean and neat, the services are excellent, and very convenient. We don't need to talk with the operator or conceige, because we can directly use the set services at the phone to settle the bills and the baggage services. The hotel is at the center of Mongkok, shopping mall just at the lobby floor. MTR just connect to the hotel. super convenient for shoppers like me. This is the 2nd time i stay in this hotel... i will still choosing this hotel for my next visit.
Shopping Tip : ladies market is nearby for cheaper items, MTR station is only 1 minute walk. for other sigature items you can go to TST & Causeway Bay and its very convenient from MTR Mongokok station

Best location in Mongkok; High level service The Langham Place is a fantastic hotel, located in the hearth of Mongkok, nearby shopping centers, electronic shops, cloths, perfumes and sport materials shops, resturants, movies, etc. The service is really good and comfort level complies with our needs. About the hotel restaurants, they offer good options with a price not so good... Anyway, there are many restaurants nearby and you can find good alternatives, according to your taste. The employees are kind and provide a good service. It was a good experince.

Location, close to shopping, directly linked to MTR We go to HK every year for the food and shopping, and Langham is ideally situated for both. There are a lot of restaurants in the area from the local porridge and noodle shops to dim sum restaurants to western and japanese. 5 minutes away is Ladies Street with Nathan Road 1 block away. While we don't stay at Langham on every trip due to the cost, we always enjoy it when we do.

A wonderful greeting when we arrived to check in; excellent service by staff in bar, restuarant and cafe;walk through to shopping centre; close proximity to all places of interest All expectations were met; no weakenesses to comment on. From the moment our taxi pulled into the hotel, we were greeted by door staff who where opening our doors and taking care of our luggage, we walked into the lobby and were is awe of the wonderful fragrance in the air and candles which created a wonderful ambience, (soon forgot that we travelled 9 hours). We were greeted by another hotel staff who walked us to the check in and stayed with us during the process, soon we were provided with hot towels to refresh ourselves. When our room was allocated, our host walked us to the lift and pressed the floor number. What a wonderful experience. The hotel provides for all occassions and apetites, we enjoyed the bar area, and ordered delicious snacking food (not junky either), when we ordered our drinks, they provided a bowl of prawn chips and nuts, we just hoed into the prawn chips and they just kept filling them up! Needless to say that after the second night, the prawn chips weren't disappearing as fast. My husband had a spa and found it amazing and rated it the best...he had tried other places, we went to gym most mornings, I was delighted to discover they also provided clean towels and an abundance of bottled water. The roof top pool we found relaxing sitting under the awning reading our books.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : When catching the taxi back to the hotel, make sure you keep a hotel card with you at all times which shows the address in their langugge, it makes it easier for the driver to understand. We hopped in a cab and gave the driver the address and he started driving, next thing he was on the mobile phone and then passed the phone to my husband who then gave the address of our destination, we then handed the phone back to the driver and the interpreter then gave him the address..how wonderful was that!

langham is a beautiful hotel langham is a beautiful hotel and yet its very clean, location is also very nice, can go everywhere nearby, hotel staff is very good, they are caring and helping us and guide us to the area near hotel.
i love langham and certainly will go back to this hotel again

location near shopping center room too small, not like as shown in the picture shuttle bus fromn airport to langham but its not free, and then hotel is very nice, very good, but room too small not even chair/sofa in my room (essential)

Good service, professional staff, 5 star atmosphere Extorbitant internet rates. A must for higher-end travellers, one of the best hotels in this area. Brand new and attracts a higher level of crowd. The tourists and business travellers staying here are of the higher end.

Location, friendly staff, high quality of service. The location is in the center of monkong, HongKong. A large shopping mall is attached to the hotel. you will find many delicious foods there. If you like to try some local dishs, you should walk down to the street.
The staff is friendly and professional in the way of customer service. They always smile and speak with your concerns.
My suite is located in the club level where has spectacular view. Clean, tidy and comfortable. My wife really loves the little secret gifts put on the bed every afternoon(not sure if it is only available at Club L).
I kinda regret no enough time to make use of the free service offering to the Club member. I will recommend everyone should try the services.
I will definately book langham place while my budget allows me.

Ming Court Restaurant. From the moment I walked in, it was a great experience. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. My room was amazing: fluffy white pillows, sparkling marble bathroom, amazing view and a great size. Being able to lie out by the rooftop pool was a bonus - with a view of all of Hong Kong at my feet. And...I got to have a massage at the Spa. On top of all that, and probably most importantly, the food at Ming Court Restaurant was delicious.
