Right in the hub of mongkok, the hub of shopping area in Hong kong, the location is unbeatable.
I could go to the MTR station without going on the street, impressive!! New and nicely decorated.
However the staff is not up to standard of a 5 star hotel. My daughter had an accident in the hotel and their follow up was delayed and minimal. That’s the only con I think of.
