Modern,clean and peaceful.Staff was helpful & courteous.

Room rate did not come with breakfast unless I top up.

This was my 6th time staying here and I enjoyed every one of my stay here.The room is quite spacious by HKG standards and it comes with a small kitchenette which is a plus point. MTR Causeway Bay is less than 5 mins walk away and there's various small eateries along the way and a 7-11 up the street. As it's opposite to the Indonesian Embassy,there's a couple of indon eateries nearby. With all the hustle & bustle in HKG,this place is a haven to come back to.

bright and clean room; convenient location to access; quiet atmosphere in a crazy city like HK; great service all through out

a little construction work going on right in front of the hotel entrance; no pool?

got upgraded from a deluxe to a bigger room on higher floor with a great view of the stadium as opposed to looking thru btn buildings; lots of natural lights in which i prefer; only 3 to 5 mins walk from SOGO and Times Square and other eating places, also MTR stations; GREAT and VERY FRIENDLY STAFF. definitely a hidden treasure in the Causeway Bay area.

price was good - nice staff - very clean and new

its located in causeway bay so better if you are that side of town but HK is so small so no worries

stayed there while in HK during conference. no room service but lots of restaurants and 24 hour 7-11 downstairs so no need would recommend
