This is our third time staying at Lanson Place Hotel. Checking in wasn't difficult but we had to wait more than an hour before room was ready. Even though the front desk officer told us that room was ready.
At first they gave us a room that had a disgusting smell, maybe form previous guest, but they replaced it with a nice clean room.
As always I requested a non smoking room in a non smoking floor, but on one night there was cigarette smoke in the corridor so we had to call front desk.
No other issues, everything else was fine. Generally speaking we had a pleasant stay at Lanson Place. Comfortable bed, clean sheets, clean air, excellent for a good night's rest and relax.

Lanson Place is a fabulous hotel close to the shops at Causeway Bay. Our room was very modern and clean, and serviced each day. The hotel staff are very helpful and have a good knowledge of local restaurants and attractions. We will stay here again on our next trip to HK and recommend it highly.
