Great location, friendly & helpful staff
excellent location in causeway bay, right near mtr station and numerous shopping destinations. staff very helpful with travel advice. bus service offered once a day to several tourist sites. hotel transfers to and from airport offered at good price.

my main criticism was that the room was very small - ok for one person but a bit tight for 2 people. there was also a glass wall between the bathroom and bedroom so if there is more than one person in a room and you like your privacy, make sure you book a room which does not have this feature.

the hotel was in a nice colonial style building and the concierge was helpful in helping with helping me locate items i needed to buy. although the hotel lacked a driveway, the concierge ensured that getting a taxi and transferring bags was no problem.
check in was prompt and they could help me change my large denomination notes quickly, no fumbling about.
room was spacious for hongkong standards and was comfortable and new. my room also had a small kitchenette and living area, but i was upgraded so i am not sure if that applied in other rooms.
location was a short walk to sogo and some local eateries, and overall it was a nice place to stay. maybe some character to the decor could improve the overall experience.

In the hub of action but incredibly quiet
location, location happy valley,sogo, victoria gardens, mtr, service, decor, room facilities include crockery and cooking,self - laundry available - home away form home

hope to return - really enjoyed our stay, great to have a spacious room. every alppliance worked well including plumbing.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
there is a soft and vibrantly landscaped jogging track nearby at victoria gardens. plenty of cheap beauty care in surrounding area, very reasonable rates for hair, facials, massages etc, beauty training centre area. i received a fantastic hair shampoo, condition, head massage and trendy style haircut for aus $12 in may. also money changer near hotel offer very good exchange rate.

I must say it has been a very pleasant experience staying in Lanson Place Hotel. We were very pleased with the simple check in process after quite a long flight. The hotel were also kindly offered free upgrades to both rooms and when we get into the room, it is amazingly clean and comfy. I will definitely recommend Lanson Place to any of my friends and fams visiting Hongkong. Keep up the good work and my appreciation to all the staffs who never forget to smile regardless the time! :)

Explore the locals and street vendors!

Nice hotel with vey helpful and friendly staff

The hotel is situated right in the middle of Causeway Bay, is near to shops and restaurants. It is also very close to the Victoria Park and the Central Library. The 133 Lounge on the 1st Floor is a nice place to meet with friends.
