Overall this hotel is recommended for some traveller who wants to cook for themselves. The design and interior is newly refurbished and spacious. Living experience is quite comfortable and free of haste.
- Shopping Tip : Different cooking ingredients could be available at City Super located at Times Square.

There's no restaurant, but they provide a beautiful breakfast, and restaurant book in your room. I found this to be so much better, because you get more choice from any type of food you want.

There is no restaurant, which didn't bother me at all. They still provide a fabulous breakfast, if this is what you want. They also have a few things you can order on room service. I thought this would bother me, but in actual fact I now prefer it, because in the room they provide a book which you can order from well over 30 restaurants, which means, more choice, any type of meal or cuisine you would every want. By the way, the food from Thai Paradise was just divine!
- Shopping Tip : Close to everything, not just shops, but nightlife and restaurants!

Staying at Lanson Place hotel was a truly comfortable experience. I stayed there for 3 nights and had never felt I could find such a good hotel for that price. The location -- being a mere 7min stroll from Causeway bay MTR station -- where can you find a place better located to experience HK's hustle & bustle and shoppers' paradise? I was given a full intro of the facilities in the room by the hotel staff, who accompanied me to my room. There was a DVD library too if you don't feel like you want to go out (due to bad weather for example).
I did try to book the hotel again for a second-time stay, but was unfortunately told that the hotel does not have a twin-bed room unless I go for a suite, which is a lot more money so did not opt for it.
Suitable for people staying for a week or so, and want to feel like you are really being looked after. Having previously stayed in Langham Place hotel and other apart-hotels in HK, I can say that this is a brilliant find if you are looking for that bit of special luxurious feeling for your money.
- Hotel Feature Tip : Coin operated laundry service. None of that "sending laundry costs an arm and a leg" thing.

Do not expect too much for dining facilities. Their breakfast is simple but good. Otherwise, you will have near unlimited choice of restaurants in the vicinity all within walking distance.
- Hotel Feature Tip : Not all taxi's know the location of the hotel. Best to get the hotel's address written in Chinese so that you are not taken to the wrong location by taxi drivers.
