Overall very satisfy the service, location, transportation very easy, covienience of the store near the hotel and also all the information they had giving me. Will plan to have another trip again with this hotel. Hopefully the Agoda will improve all the network transaction in the future so that it would happen again the mistake for my case, and also Agoda need to improve the customer service line to be faster customer support! Not even the hotel staff can help me to call your using your HOTLINE!!

Room was clean, felt bigger than other hotels with large mirror. Toilet and bathroom (with shower head) was nicely spaced and not too small. Located within walking distance to Jordan MTR, definitely worth staying if convenience is a major factor for you. Will consider again if going back to HK.

The hotel is very close to the MTR station. It only takes 2-3 mins to the MTR station.

For those who want to stay in Kowloon the location is perfect: right at the exit of Jordan station which gives easy access to kownloon and central, and only 10 minutes walk to Tsim Sha Tsui area. The hotel sits in a sort of a dead end which makes it very quiet. The rooms are small and look a bit oldish (especially the bathroom) but they are spotless clean. The staff is friendly and very helpful.
