Luk Kwok is located near a MTR station and the convention center. You will not short of choices of restaurant nearby the hotel.
Price is too expensive specially during convention or exhibition times.
Restaurant Tip : Under Bridge Spicy Crab...yummy

The location is very convenient, the MTR is only a block away. The staff is extremely helpful.
We stayed there for 5 nights and cannot really find anything that we can say we do not like it.
I checked out in the morning to check in my flight at the airline's check in centre for a flight departing at midnight. They automatically offered that we can left our hand carries at the hotel and come back to pick up before we head off to the airport. What else you can ask for.

Newly rennovated rooms, unobtrusive service. and convenience, convenience, convenience.
Some may not like the location in a semi-red-light district in Wanchai.
We have stayed many times here now. After discovering this little gem, I dont want to go elsewhere. Room rates are reasonable and you get a decent room with all the expected amenities. It is convenient to hail a taxi whether you are going to Central for business or Causewaybay for shopping, and they are all a <$20 HKD ride away. The Wahchai MTR is a short walk, and there is an abundance of different eateries at a stone's throw.

Location, rooms, minibar, service
Arrived at the Hotel at 9pm, checking was done within 2 minutes. Bellboy took luggage from Taxi and brought it to the room. No hassel at all.
Rooms are nice and friendly. All new equipment. Coffe-machine and complimentary powder coffe! Minibar items at a 50% discount, but this is only temporary. Location is in the center of Wanchai wich is the largest entertainment district in Hong Kong.
Have not tried to eat their but heard only good things about their food.
I would go back.
Nightlife Tip : Boracay Bar, Amazonia Bar (both places have a live band from Philippines)

Friendly staff, convenient to MTR, many bars in area
The hotel was suitable for a short stay, but I would guess you could find something with a better view and more space for the same money elsewhere. If you need the MTR though, it is only about 1 block away.

CLosed to all the night life in HKG, hotel room is clean, but old.
The buffet lunch's price is resonable, with 20% discount given if u r a room guest. However no free drinking water inside the room. In room Wifi is chargeable.

Very good value for money. Clean and spacious room, comfortable bed, close location to business district and harbor.
TV Channels are kinda suck. Nothing really interesting showing.
The proximity to the red light district implies that sometimes your neighbor and his one-night partner may be a bit vocal.
Among all the hotels I recently stayed in HK and in the range of price I could afford, Luk Kwok was by far the best.
Decent restaurants around the hotel are however not widely available, which means it takes a cab ride to other areas to dine out.
I enjoyed being close to the California Fitness center and the harbor where I could go for a quick run.

The Luk Kwok hotel is ideally situated near to Many restaurants, the Convention Centre and the Centre for the performing arts. Staff were helpful and friendly and the room service was good
The room was a little'tired' and could do with a facelift
I was in Hong Kong to go to see Cats at the Lyric Theatre. The hotel was just across the street so very convenient. The MTR was close and there are many restaurants nearby. The breakfast at the hotel was expensive but there is a Starbucks and other similar places in the same block as the hotel. I had the lamb chops for room service and they were delicious. All in all good value for money and I would stsy there again.

Very well located. Rooms are very recent, sillent and very good.
Internet should be free of charge
An hotel located at the door of a MTR station (Wanchai) in the core of the shopping area of Central Hong Kong is always very good. But this hotel is also clean, recent and very good for taking a rest at the end of the day. Fully reccomended.
Restaurant Tip : Outbaback Restaurant, Starbuck's Coffee and Delifrance are at 2 minutes walking

The location is good. The Airpport Express stops almost at the front door. That saves a taxi going to the Hong Kong Station check in. The staff are helpful and pleasant.
There was not much scenery. This might be that we did not pay the high rate.
We had a pleasant stay as the staff were helpful. I asked to have a late check out due to the late flight and there was no problem. This was really good because many hotels would not agree. The room was clean and quite big as compared to a lot of hotel rooms. Location was good too and it was easy to go shopping and public transport was easy to access. I would saty again if the rate is good.
Travel tip : Use the Airport Express Conncection to go to the hotel without having to pay for a raxi.

Not too crowded, spacious rooms, helpful staff.
Business center facilities are expensive to use.
Luk Kwok Hotel is in the heart of the Wanchai business district, very close to the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Center, walking distance. Room are spacious compared to other business hotels in Hong Kong. Recently renovated, the rooms are clean and up to date and elegantly designed. The staff are very helpful as well. Sometimes the hotel is expensive depending on the season and doesn't offer bang for the buck.

Well situated with easy access to underground and Star Ferry to Kowloon. Very clean and smart hotel and the staff were excellent and easily managed when we asked them to make restaurant reservations for us.
We asked for an extra bed for our room as we had a family member traveling with us, however, the bedroom was not big enough to cope with another bed, it made the stay somewhat cramped. It would have been nice to have been told that the room really couldn't really cope with a single bed as well as the existing double bed.
The hotel was very central for most purposes. It was immaculately clean, smart and contemporary decorated. The staff were courteous, efficient and friendly. The cost was acceptable but certainly not cheap. If you are expecting a bedroom of some size, you may be disappointed, the rooms are exceptionally comfortable but not very big.
Restaurant Tip : The American Restaurant serves great authentic Chinese food at a good price. It is only 150 metres or so from the hotel and ask the hotel staff to book a table for you. They didn't flinch when we asked them to do it for us. You wont regret it. We paid just over GBP100 for a sumptuous banquet chosen from the substantial menu. It was for four people but could have fed 6 comfortably!
