nice modern boutique hotel that is close to the mtr, night markets and shopping.
only thing is that the room is very small, but u don't wanna stay in the room all day huh?
buffet breakfast was included and was very good.wifi also included and worked well. staff were nice enough....
i would recommend as long as u can handle a very small room.

This is my first time stay in M1 hotel. Location of M1 Hotel was very good, but i was a bit disappointed of the room facilities. My rooms was in 19th floor, totally unable get WIFI. And happened on 12th September morning, when i went for a bath, the water was very very hot, no cool water at all.

Hotel is located just a traffic light across Yau Ma Tei MTR Station, making travelling really easy. With just 10 mins walk, you can get to Mongkok area for street snacks till late at night. Breakfast selection was rather limited but alright to just get a quick bite in the morning. Relatively new and clean room, but you have to be bearable with the space constraint. Excellent wifi connection!

mrt very close. great location and clean and compact hotel!

close to yau ma tei mrt station. only quick journey in a taxi to kowloon station for the train to the airport. one road back from nathan road and short distance on mrt to ladies market. clean room, compact size but when staying for short time up to 3 nights its perfect. good security and quick check-in and check-out process.
