Great hotel but pricey

Good location, walking distance to mong kok flea market. 5 mins to MTR
9.7
this is a great hotel. from the airport, take the express train to kowloon st and take a cab (hkd30) to the hotel. i have a free upgrade for booking online and i got the 27th floor room which is the highest level of the hotel. the room design and condition is tip top and very new. i have no complaint of the room being small bcos i stay alone and most of the time i am out shopping. very cosy and quiet room and i sleep like a pig after a long day of shopping. i booked this hotel becos there are no other cheaper hotel online. and i have no regrets!
Shopping Tip: Don't have to take MTR to Mong Kok, Walk there along Nathan Rd abt 1km away. There are many shops along the way.

a hidden gem

excellent location, friendly staff, delicious breakfast
9.3
the hotel is relatively new, and though the rooms are a little on the small side (typical of hong kong hotels) there was enough room for two of us over 3 days. the glass bathroom wall was a bit of a surprise, but there is a curtain that can be closed for privacy. we had a few minor issues with housekeeping (no toilet paper on arrival and no towels on day 2) but they were always fixed promptly with a phone call to the front desk and the room was cleaned daily. the buffet breakfast is delicious (though generally has chinese options) and runs late until 11am. free internet on computers by the restaurant and free wifi in the rooms! conveniently located around the corner from yau ma tei mtr and walking distance to the ladies' market and temple street night market.
Restaurant Tip: Lots of local restaurants along the street of the hotel

Great location but really small rooms.

Good location.
5.7
Not suitable for business travelers as the rooms are small with no chair & desk for typing reports.
Shopping Tip: Within 5 mins walking distance is the famous Temple Street for street shopping, variety from clothes, soveniors, bags, watches, electronics etc. Must bargain as most of the staff are copies.

New but small

cheap, very very easy access to mtr and street market

The hotel is pretty small.. there is no wardrode.. the wall is very thin..so you will hear outside noise early in the morning.. the hotel location is between to coffin shop which does not affect me.. there is two more plus point - they sell cheaper attraction tickets compare to others..and they hv a safe room to keep the luaggages for people that would have check out.. not too bad hotel..

Me & my families booked 3 standard rooms. We have difficulty in finding the hotel as the hotel is hidden at te shop lot. When we enter the hotel, we were greeted by the friendly receptionist. After check-in, we got to Queue for the lift. There are 2 lifts. Super small size too. The hotel room is very very small. Basically there is no space to even put our luggage in the room.. The bathroom is small too.. For me if you are looking for budget hotel then this hotel will be nice. Location wise is ok. Walking distance to MTR.
Shopping Tip: Walking distance to street ..

Great location but small room

the room is very small and not very clean, the pillow is to thin to sleep on it. you need to get extra pillow. not all hotel staff speak english, some do not even know what you are asking for.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: You could buy some tourist attraction vouchers at cheaper price at the hotel receptions. It saved you time not to queue up buying the ticket over the counter.

Near mtr but small rooms, breakfast included

TV is HD quality, strong hair dryer, unique solid wood flooring.clean room.
8.7
first, i'll highlight some shortcomings. the bed is smaller than a queen size. the door has no sound proofing and room is right in front of the lift lobby. you can hear all the conversations your neighbours have. anyone standing near the lobby can hear you from the outside. there is of course no view and there is a coffin shop and trash collector next to the hotel. not the best of neighbourhoods. rooms are small and if you have a lot of luggage it'll be quite a squeeze. however, the rooms are new and clean. comes with a good hairdryer and the aircondition is working very well. cools the room in a few minutes. solid wood flooring is quite unique and cosy as compared to the usual carpet floors. madame tussards tickets are cheaper. tram tickets need to get from the tram station at 40hkd. if you buy combo mdmtus+tram = 185hkd at tram station. so, hotel is cheaper to get jus the tics. hotel can call a cab for you to the airport. 200hkd. taxi is very punctual and takes 25mins to airport. hotel is in a good location jus diagonally across to temple st. lots of action/food at night. breakfast was simple but adequate. you can always have a cup of tea/coffee during other times of the day in the cafe on the 1st floor.there is free wifi and also 2 workstation at 1st floor. toilet concept pretty cool but not for everyone. you need to be really comfortable with having glass panels and roller blinds for your toilet. overall, good hotel with friendly staff but checkout took some time.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: Near Temple St and the MTR. For short stays but maybe not for budget travellers.

unpleasant stay

cant think of any
2.7
staff was very unfriendly. no smile at all with arrogant attitude. they didnt admit the mistake they made when distributing rooms. but the attitude of staff was extremely bad. they asked us to pay in order to upgrade but at the same time saying that rooms are full. it is totally contradictory. if it is full, even i pay u millions of dollars, you wont be able to upgrade me. right?
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: dont not pick this

Close to MTR

Close to MTR

The only good thing about this hotel is close to MTR. Rather than that, the room is very tiny. Bathroom is even tinier. Don't expect much for breakfast cos it made you feel like you live in the boarding school. Staffs weren't helpful at all. Hotel should provide more room amenities (only shampoo were given). For the same price, better off stay at another hotel.
