Great location but small rooms

A clean hotel friendly reception, only thing is toilet glass quite transparent not idea if sharing room with friends.
Should have some binds to roll down will be idea.

Great location but the room is quite small. The lobby is currently in renovation. Staff not really friendly....The room is not very clean and a bit old.

It is quite a nice cosy hotel. Room is rather small but is clean. Staff are friendly. The hotel breakfast is just average.
The room that we are given is facing a residential apartment, basically the we are able to look right into the opposite apartment's living room. Likewise, i believe they could see right into the hotel rooms if the curtains are not drawn. Apart from this small inconvenience, my girlfriend and myself both think that we would consider staying at this hotel again as it is just next to the MTR station.

The location is extremely good, very near to Yau Ma Tei MTR station. Breakfast was not too bad, Rooms is small but clean.

This room is very very small but it gives you a comfortable feeling. I would recommend people to come here to experience how the local hong kong houses are like. It is similar to my hong kong friend's house. Small but comfortable. Great location too!

Cozy City hotel
Good location, close to station to everywhere

This is the first time I stayed in this hotel.
It is a new decoration one. Very clean and cozy.
The room is much bigger than what I was stayed in the same area
before. 2 single beds offer even I just paid for single.
I would like to stay here again next time.

although the rooms were smaller than most hotels - the hotel was amazingly quiet for its location, the staff were friendly and helpful and there was free wifi that actually worked - all the time!
a free breakfast was basic and a little bit of an odd combo of boiled eggs, toast and dim sum... it was fast and free!
very close to metro stop and central to everything
hard beds but a month after being in china - hardly surprising
for the price - a very reasonable hotel
Restaurant Tip:
downstairs and one shop over - a new dumpling shop had opened which although it didnt have an english menu yet - was very delicious! totally worthy of a meal or two

M hotel is strategically located 1-2 min walks from Yau Ma Tei MTR (in Kowloon island). Very near to Temple Street Night Market and Ladies Market too, which only 10 min by foot. If you need a taxi, you must book via hotel's reception. Rooms is relatively small, but clean and modern room. Free wi-fi is available on room.
Restaurant Tip:
Beside hotel, there are dim sum and dessert restaurants. Both places offer delicious and value for money food.

this is a tipical hong kong hotel , that are very small rooms but clean and inteligent spaces , but the location is very good , it is just fell meters from the metro startion yau mai tei , and this is the best thing , also the breakfast is good
