Good location but small rooms
Location, warm greetings.

Hotel is having renovation during my stay and due to this, we had a hard time looking for the hotel as the outside of the hotel were all covered with bamboos and poles. Location is consider good, near to Yau Ma Tei MTR and ladies street. Room is terribly small, but i guess this is the usual case in hkg.

location is okey, but the room is too small. the housekeepping come so early. we are still sleeping but outside of the room they are knocking already. food on our breakfast are the same everyday.

There's plenty of restaurants just across the street.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Good for single/couple stay with light-weight luggages. Not suitable for families with children. The claypot rice near the Hotel is fantastic (on the left side of Hotel, near to temple street). Go for the one that has the longest queue, its on the left side, white logo background and no much decorations done. The name of the shop is "Si Ji", means 4 seasons.

Great location but small rooms

My stay in M hotel was brief since I was up early for a morning flight. However, the rooms were comfortable, modern and clean apart from being a little on the small side if sharing with two people. One thing that I wasn't used to is the glass partition for the bathroom, luckily a blind is available for privacy but I thought this was a little strange and a bit too intimate for my liking depending on who you are sharing the room with.
The hotel is location very close to a 7 eleven store which is really handy and also very close to a main MTR station for good access to the rest of Kowloon, Hong Kong Island and the Airport Express.
Free WiFi was also available (possibly from a neighbouring building though) which was a nice surprise!
All in all a good albeit brief stay in the M Hotel, if you are looking for a short stop in Hong Kong and wont be in the room too much then I recommend this hotel.

I like the room and transparent glass of the whole washroom. Too bad no bathtub. Free wifi and Internet terminal too at level 2.
