Great location and modern room

We booked 2 deluxe rooms for 4 adults and 1 child. Check in was a breeze and upon seeing we have a young child with us, the reception quickly suggested a free upgrade to a bigger room. How thoughtful!
The Room
Well-designed compartments especially in bathroom cabinets.
Good attention to details: towels and toothbrush were in white & green for differentiation
Clean, Comfortable bed but the pillows - I wish they were more fluffy.
The jucuzzi in a relatively big bath was a nice touch!
Location
Just 2 min walk to Jordan MRT that gets you everywhere. Just 5-8 min to ladies market. If you prefer to walk while sight seeing, you are within 10-15 mins to Langham place
Restaurant Tip:
Try the restaurant opposite. It's a Michelin star restaurant that serves great dishes without breaking your wallet.

I have nothing to say about this hotel but perfect. Design is great, warm, elegant, clean, new..
Service, professional, skilled, and very very nice.
Breakfast, well, normally breakfast is not included in my bookings, here it is, and, the place to take it is so cute. Just a little "poor", since is just a muffing ( not always have chocolate flavour) and tea. Quality is good, but u will be still hungry after that..
In order to help them to improve, i feel a little dizzy with the key at the lift. U need to put it totally closed to the card reader, and, at same time, push the bottom, if card is not toally on its side, or you dont push the buttom while card in its right position, u will not be able to go to your floor. So you better use your two hands. And if u wanna visit someone in same hotel in another room, no way. Your card only allow you to go to your floor. Security reasons? I don´t think so, u can still go downstairs and reach your objetive anyway...
The Game Center ( PS3) and the Gym, great. Small but again very nice.

I don´t know, is just my favourite hotel right now in HK. And the good side is, i have been there already for so long, go with my relatives also, and, all of us, and after so many days, all still think is great place. Normally be long period in a place makes you find out some small things not so good you didnt see the first nights, but not in this place, was good the first night, and... still remains great after around two weeks.

Definitely the best hotel staffs we have come across in Asia, the reception was extremely helpful and patient in guiding us to various attractions, attending to every of our request in no time. We were pretty impressed that even their doorman speak acceptable english if not good. Kudos to the managemet team.The room's new, equipped with modern appliances and electronics, bathtub with jacuzzi jet. Mini bars were given out for free (including cup noodles, beer, soda and biscuit.) However, you will have to pay to replenish, disadvantage to those who stay more than a night. Close proximity to Jordan MTR, plenty of vegetarian restaurants just a stone's throw away from the hotel, ideal for vegetarian travellers. Do note that there is a discrepancy in agoda booking.com, the booking page indicates that there's complimentary brakfast in the rates we have paid for but not the confirmation slip. Nonetheless, this is more of agoda issue and has nothing to do with Madera.

I was travelling myself, the hotel was too good to be true. It will be excellent for a couple.
I stayed in a deluxe room, there was a jacuzzi. I enjoyed my bath tub moment accompanied by good songs that came out from good quality speaker of ipod dock.
They also have gym that opens till 11 PM.
The room is very big for HK standard and modern. I'm very much satisfied. I don't think you'll geta better hotel for the given price.
Restaurant Tip:
Should definitely try the seafood accross the street of Madera.

Near Jordan station and just across the road will enjoy with seafood at temple street.
Not far from Tsim Sha Tsui station, can walk around 15 min.
Wonderful bathtub!!! that can relax your leg from walk and walk all day!
Friendly staff that fully of service mind...for sure here the place that valuable with your money!!
When I back to hongkong i will choose Madera again!!!!

this is my second stay at madera hotel. fantastic hotel in the heart of the city. good location with easily accessible of public transport. safe environment and friendly staff that are always ready to serve. jordan mtr station is just about 5 minutes away. new hotel, value for money. free mini bar in the room.

A 3 mins walk from Jordan MTR, it is a spanking new hotel together with its residence unit. Staff are friendly at reception, door, and remained friendly at all times.
I made a special request to place my luggage for their safekeeping in the morning of my check-in because I had to go to the airport to fetch my family, and they had eagerly obliged. I was given a free upgrade for 2 rooms that I had booked, corner rooms with bigger spaces.
At the floor of my hotel room looked very new and trendy. I had a good spacious room enough to fit even 4 luggages with ample walking space. There was a wardrobe provided, many wide drawers. TV was a widescreen digital HD LED with many international channels.
There was a few electrical sockets useful for phone charging, neatly tucked within the writing table.
The minibar was well stocked with drinks and beer. What makes Madera so special is that minibar is free of charge, however stocked only on the first day. But it was wonderful enough.
Bathroom was adequately spacious with bathtub. Pleasantly surprised was the supply of Crabtree and Evelyn bodycare products on a daily housekeeping basis. Even handsoap too. Hot water was available. Toothbrushes and towels all provided.
At door, bedside, there are high tech presses to control lighting mood, light brightness, night light etc. There was also an ipod stand provided for guests who want to listen to music from their iphones.
Overall, it was my first time staying in such high tech boutique hotels with cosy experience, and would highly reccomend to those people traveling to HK. There are many nearby eateries even up to wee hours.
Restaurant Tip:
There is a Golden Federal Restaurant that serves Dim Sum until noon opposite road (Wing On Shopping Centre). Although not exceptionally good, but it helps stop cravings.

We stayed at Madera for 2 nights. I enjoy their massage bath very much. They also have excellent service as I found the weight measurement is broken on the 1st night and they came fixed it on the next day!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Must make sure that the right exist for subway, so you won't walk too far. The correct exist is "G" for Jorden station.
