Stunning boutique hotel

we had a fantastic stay at the madera. we were welcomed warmly and receive an upgrade on check in which was lovely.
the premier room was an oasis of calm, great view, comfiest bed i have ever slept in and two showers in the bathroom.
only downside was the couch which was like sitting on rocks but hey, we didn't need a couch do this wasn't an issue for us.
right near jordan mtr, this is a great little hotel and would stay here next time i am in hong kong.
Nightlife Tip:
A great little karaoke bar on temple street is the eagle bar. Jacky thr owner was very welcoming of 2 random Aussies in his bar and we had a great night there.

Hotel was reasonably clean and spacious for hong kong's standards. Check in was a breeze and the hotel staff were warm and friendly. Hotel provided free wifi with strong signal in our room.. Nice view of te city from roof top bar without going to high class resturants

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. The hotel is very close to shopping area in Hong Kong (just off Jordan street). The receptionists are very good. Room is relatively big with jaguzzi. Wifi signal is very good. Only minus point is the view.

Small hotel with 88 rooms, so lobby walkway and elevator are small. During rush hour could be jam.

Near MTR Jordan

we were looking for another hotel near the mtr jordan station, and fortunately madera hotel had a promotional sale online. the room was huge and with a big window. we have to work from inside our hotel room so the ample space is a big plus. we were entertained by watching 3 gym floors of women attending aerobics dancing classes in a building across the hotel. there was no breakfast buffet in the hotel package. but that's okay since we can buy food at the street corner. on the 3rd day, we were caught off guard by a fire false alarm. we witnessed how fast the firemen responded to the emergency call. everything was okay in the end.
