The room we stay is "Deluxe" room, the space is big, bed and pillow is good. Ancient American style of this hotel. By the way, they have a good location to go shopping and eating. I bought my first LV in there too. The equipment is old especially the toilet. We booked smoking room but the air is not fresh when I walk into the room (at least not good as other hotel with lower rate). There is ladder in the entrance, so it is inconvenience that we have to take up our luggage and walk down to the lobby... Generally, the hotel is good but just a little old to compare with other hotels in Tsim Sha Tsui, they should re-decorate their rooms especially they are five stars hotel. The reason I stay in this hotel is because we want to shopping in Habour City Center too therefore, they have the best location rather than other hotels.

- hotel is very accessible to the shopping mall
- hotel is very near the star ferry
- hotel is very near toys r us, good for the kids so they don't need to walk too far
- hotel staff was very accomodating - the suite we stayed in was small compared to other hotel suites
- the door locks still use the conventional keys instead of the card type keys so we could only have 1 key per room Generally, our hotel stay at Marco Polo was ok. The rooms though are old and can be improved. The suite we stayed at was small compared to the picture that was shown in the internet. We were only given one key per room. Normally, each guest is given one key. The hotel though is very near the mall and the star ferry. Its only very near Toys R Us so good location if travelling with kids.

Good location, rooms are big, service is good maybe shoudl consider delivering complimentary copies of internation papers such as Financial times or IHT, instead of the local papers The room is big, by any hong kong standard. The service is good. And it is a great location, being next to the harbour shopping mall, with hundreds of shops. It is a few streets from the Tsim Sa Chwee MTR, and Tsim Sa Chwee itself. It is alos about 3 min from the bus terminal, and Stat ferry, so crossing over to hong kong is easy. Being near the star ferry also means that one can enjoy the delioghtful nightly light up of hong kong. This is the second time we have stayed at the Marco Polo Hong Kong hotel. It has been a wonderful experience. We are very likely to be staying there again, should we be in hong kong.
