1) Convenient location for shopping and food, though need to walk for abt 5 - 10 mins to the nearest MTR.
2) Good for family travel as it has interconnecting rooms. 1) Queuing system at the lobby for checkout is not organized.
2) Have requested for triple sharing room but it was not setup when we check-in the room. We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The location is good for both shopping and food. It will be especially convenient for those who travel with family as there are interconnecting rooms. It would be perfect if the MTR is within reach and all my requests were ready when I check-in the rooms.

No free enternet connection for the price paid for the room. The hotel is located centrally to the shopping malls, MRT stations, Church, good restaurants, parks and all you need as a tourist.
Very convenient also if you take MRT to and from the airport because this saves a lot of time and money. The MRT with the Express Bus will deliver you right at he door step of your hotel from and to the airport terminal.
The hotel is clean and all the staff are polite and helpfull.
For the price we paid for the acommodation, I believe this is the best hotel in hongkong. I really love the bed though, it is too clean white and soft and nice to sleep with.
The only downside it that their is no free enternet connection. With the price you paid for a room a free enternet connection will make their guest more reason to stay in the hotel. Also enternet connection is free even by those low priced hotels.
Shopping Tip : In the whole block where the hotel is located you can find good shopping malls and food.
Get a 3 day MRT pass. This will save you a lot of travelling arround Honkong by train and express bus and to and from airport.

Best Location for shopping Hotel located in the same building as Ocean Terminal Shopping arcade. It took you 30 seconds from hotel to start shopping. You can easily cross to HK island (Central District) side by ferry that arrive the port behind the hotel every 10 minutes. Hotel is quite old and expensive compare to the room condition. BTW, who care??? we only come back at night for a short sleep and out in the day time. :)
Shopping Tip : You don't have to go anywhere, you can shopping, dining, chilling, dancing, sightseeing an get drunk around hotel area. There are almost everything
