It was a very comfortable place to be in. Everything we wanted for a hotel was just available at Marco Polo Hongkong.
Restaurant Tip:
Try Cucina at the 6th floor. It serves the best food while you enjoy the best view of the victoria harbor.

Excellent hotel for your next Hong Kong visit

This is not the first time that I stayed at the Marco Polo Hong Kong Hotel. My family has been traveling to Hong Kong yearly since the early 1990's and we've stayed at this hotel a number of times. One thing I can say is that it has remained consistently topnotch over the years, even as it continues to find new ways to improve its services and facilities each time. You will observe immediately its younger, more dynamic ambience as soon as you enter the main lobby and this is present throughout the hotel. The rooms have a very fresh and airy feel as well that makes for a comfortable stay. I'm staying here again on my next trip!

Fantastic place to stay
Overall this hotel is the best i have stayed in.

we are frequent travellers both at home and overseas, from the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out we found this hotel the best we have stayed in, the room i think had been renovated and was in in tip top condition, first night we ordered room service which when arrived was like food from a five star restaurant, there is a pillow menu with about 6 choices to suit your needs, the staff are always willing to help out with any needs.we had a harbour view room so every night we saw the symphony of lights light show (very impressive, the hotel is just a short walk away from all the transport you will need, mrt, cross harbour ferry etc, and is surrounded by shopping areas and some fine resaurants, all in all i would highly recommend a stay at the marco polo hong kong hotel.

Great location and nice surprise.
Location, location, location views from the higher floors.

The stay was very enjoyable, got a free upgrade and had a great view on Kowloon and the ferries going to Hong Kong Island.
Shopping Tip:
The Harbour City mall is connected to the hotel and the ferries to Hong Kong Island as well.

Location is perfect! Just a step from shopping center and restaurants

The hotel provides good service, clean room and located one of the best location in Hong Kong, near shopping center, popular restaurants, harbour and MRT station. Overall, I did enjoy my stay at Marco Polo Hotel and would love to come back again soon.
Restaurant Tip:
Din Tai Fung has a cheap and excellent Xiao Long Bao! Try it!

When I checked in I was told that I had asked for and paid for a seperate bed for my 5 year old child , this was not the case as she sleeps in the same bed as we do when traveling.
The hotel manager said he would email you and let you know that we had not been given an extra bed for the room and child and that we should be credited as the hotel was not charging for it , could somebody confirm that this is the case

I have been returning to this hotel for several times now. Its location is excellent. It is easy to find food and shopping and also for business trips, this is also convenient. It has everthing surrounded this area. The rooms are great and is not so old. The hotel is conveniently linked to a shopping center so it is convenient.
Shopping Tip:
There are loads of shopping here at the Ocean Terminal. Loads of places to eat or even to eat at the food court at the City Super. It has all sorts of food there.
