It is very convinet to shopping if you live in this hotel. It is just located in the Houbor City. Well ,the rooms are not really big.But it is in Hong Kong. We cannot expected more. The price of the room are expensive.

Super convenient and comfy.
Very close to shopping center, super nice services, and great food.

Our stay is smooth and we have been given a very good service. We stayed at club superior which provide us food 3 meals a day and the food is beyond great. The shopping arcade is real close. We just have to use elevator and that is it the Ocean Terminal. Also the restuarant in the hotel are also of good quality. My family especially my little girl love it so much.

I was too dizzy to get up on when we planned to check out. So I called the front desk to keep the room for one more day. But I was told the hotel was fully booked and I had to leave. The problem did not solved until i talked to the manager on duty and promised to pay for the upgrade charges incurred by the coming guests . The manager waived the charge at last but I can not help thinking maybe the hotel can be more considerable under such situation?

my stay was very good, but the beds and the bathroom were too small. i wish they could have 2 queen beds instead of 2 single beds, just like holiday inn. the staff were really great and made the stay very comfortable with their friendly, attentive and efficient service.
