Good service, good location
Staff tried to be helpful and area is good for eating and sightseeing

The room was small but the area is very nicve and the service is pleasant. This is not a "fancy" hotel--you get a good three star experience--not four star--but it is affordable, clean and comforatble. The bathrooms could have been more elegant (no bath tub, shower only), and the hot tub required an expensive fee to use. Also, the pool was closed due to renovation.
Restaurant Tip:
eat in surrounding restaurants as the in hotel restaurants are expensive--except happy hour, which has nice deals.

Great location with nice park & MTR station nearby
Room is pretty new renovated although a little small space. Price reasonable.

Quiet & place but easy accessible with MTR station nearby. Nice unblock view with big open space in front of hotel.
Will come back again one day.
Nightlife Tip:
Don't miss the Mongkok's street shopping on Saturday night.

Well-situated hotel

although i had reserved and paid for two executive parlor rooms with twin beds each months in advance, they were not available when we checked in. otherwise, the hotel service was good and the size of the rooms was more than i had expected - separate bedroom and two toilets. i will not think twice about staying in this hotel again.

One MTR station away from Causeway Bay
Good breakfast buffet with wide selection and good quality, shuttle service to Causeway Bay, the rooftop pool offers a good side view of the harbour.

I initially booked a twin room but since it wasn't big enough to fit an extra bed for a 3rd person, we had to upgrade to an Executive Room, which was spacious and had a partial view of the harbour. Note that the view was part of Tsim Sha Tsui bay and part of HongKong Island bay, and not facing the TST bay completely. The extra bed had to be put in the living room (separate from the bedroom). The good thing was that there were two toilets for easy access. The shuttle service turned out to be a private chauffeur in a Mercedes Benz which was a pleasant surprise, but note that its availability cannot be confirmed.
The nearest MTR station is Tin Hau, within walking distance to the hotel and one stop away from Causeway Bay. Quite a few local and international restaurants just on the left side of the hotel.

Nice hotel in a good location

the hotel is in a superb location, though it is quite expensive for what it offers. we haven't eaten there, so i can't judge the meals. the rooms are small but clean. when you visit hong kong for the first time, the location is good to start a city sightseeing trip.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Take a harbour trip and the bus tour Big Bus. The harbour trip is included in the price of the bus ticket.

Great Location Great Room
The location is great! Mins to Tin Hou MTR and Ding Ding Car station that allow you to go anywhere in HK.

The hotel is in an inconvenient location. It's very difficult to get a taxi. As soon as the elevator doors opened on my floor, the place smelled like cigarettes. The room also smelled very bad because of cigarettes. My wife is a smoker and the smell was also bad for her as well. Overall was average.

Room is small but usable even for 2 adults and 2 small kids. Location is excellent. It is the so called "quiet but convenient location". You can walk to Causeway Bay but don't have to live with the big crowd. Transportation is no issues. The services are very good from room service to front desk. Every time we enter or leave the hotel, someone will open the door.
There are tons of food options "left" and "right", literally on the left side and the right side of the hotel.
The only complaint I really have is the configuration of the toilet, which was not well designed and made it easy to "touch" the toilet bowl.
