good for business trip as walking distance to subway and not far from CBD by taxi. The room is smal and bed is not soft. Not very comfortable to stay more than 1 night

They charged us for Bus Pick up, which is wierd. The rooms were so tiny, probably the smallest room i have ever stayed in. Thats ok coz we were out on excursion most of the day. It has a nice grocery store just down the road. They give a complementary drop and pick up to the Star ferry pier.
Shopping Tip:
if you are shoppoholic, then u will just love this place. it is very close to the victoria harbour, here u can find all kinds of reputed brands having huuuuuuge stores. we were very much impressed by the dressing sense of all hongkong citizens. they are so so fashionable.

the reception staff were very helpful, from check in to out, and will attend to your needs with care. the room was on the small side, but was comfortable and clean. lots of places to visit, espcially with the mtr just across the road. many places to eat too, just around the corner.

Reception staff and concierge services were very helpful throughout the stay. The hotel has beautiful views of the harbor except the standard rooms are the only ones that don't face the harbor. Small but nice gym and the rooftop pool looked nice although it was not open as it was too cold. Very close to the Tin Hau subway station as well as bus and tram stops. Wellcome supermarket just down the street from the hotel. Hotel's restaurant reasonably priced and good food. -- frequented by locals as well.

hotel is well maintained, clean, room is standard (a bit small). location is good, near mtr, very convenient, taxi easy to find near hotel. there are restaurants and minimarket near by. hotel staffs were very helpful and friendly, hotel service is fast. hotel facilities are good. the breakfast is good and lot of varieties. overall the hotel is good and value for money
