Great location and acceptable clean room

overall, we are satisfied with the hotel. will consider to go back there for visits or holidays. the staffs are also quite friendly and english friendly.
Shopping Tip:
should go to mongkok areas. as you can find any products there, from it/gadgets, fashion (guys and girls), food, malls and branded items in lower price. easy access by mtr and affordable. as for causeway bay, it would be greatly recommended for indonesian travellers, so many indo food and items there.... easy access too.

This hotel is not in the heart of Hong Kong so don't expect great shopping or sight-seeing the minute you step out. But it is conveniently located with a MTR station and a tram line stop just literally a minute's walk away. The neighbourhood is a relatively quiet suburb so it is a great place to return to after a hectic day out.

Quality hotel with good location and good service

We spent 4 nights here and were very glad that we chose this! Hotel is on good location and there´s restaurants right nearby. Room was surprisinly big, though maybe a bit ancient with its old-school TV´s. Service was top notch and the happy hour was pleasant surprise!

this is the fourth time i stayed at this hotel. really like it for its good location and great rooms. it is at a relatively quiet area but close to subway as well as bus and tram stations. it is less than 5 mins of tram ride to causeway bay where you can find great shopping and food. a11 airport bus runs directly to and from the airport without any need for transfer. staff is friendly and helpful. internet connection is free as well. highly recommend this hotel.

The room is with breakfast and the breakfast each morning is great and the food is wonderful. The room is come with afternoon tea and evening snack as well, and you can save a lot of money by just eating in the hotel (you can have unlimited drinks). the service is friendly and great. Just be aware that local call from the room is not free, it is charge HK$4 per call, and that add up quickly.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The hotel is right next to Victoria Park, and you can walk through the park to the shopping area in Causeway Bay.

nice service. average location. not in the center of activities, but not too bad.

the hotel is not in the center of the town. this is neither good nor bad. taxi rides to areas of interests can be expensive. but a quiet location if you don't like crowds and cheesy tourists, though no hotel is truly immune to it. room was ok. carpet a little worn. the bed was not super comfortable. the bathroom was nice, spacious, clean. free internet, which is important. room service food was underwhelming. front desk staff was friendly, professional.

I have stayed in this hotel twice. The location is good because it is near to the MTR - less than 2 mins walk. The free Airport Express shuttle bus also stops in front of the hotel. Hence making it very convenient. The bus to the airport is also available in front of the hotel bus stop.
Like any other hotels in Hong Kong, a standard room is very small (two single beds or a queen size bed only). Don't trust the pictures posted on the web. Nevertheless, if you are travelling with kids like me, it can easily fit three to a room by adding an extra bed.
There are some good local chinese restaurants (din sum and cantonese cuisine) available just around the corner.
