Check-in service was fast, efficient & friendly. Check-out was extremely fast. Excellent view from room and from lounge. Breakfast at lounge was average but staff was helpful and pleasant. Was surprised to find a pc in my room with free internet access. Room was spacious and pleasantly furnished with adequate facilities. Hotel's location is quite central. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was in an excellent location, very close to the MTR and close to lots of good restaurants. We had a room on the top floor and the view was phenominal!!! Breakfast was good, good selection and variety. The staff were nice. The concierge was helpful. I liked the room a lot and whenever we asked for anything they were quick to bring it over. The bellboys were also very very helpful and we really appreciated how welcome they made us feel.

Overall value for money experience. This is my 2nd time staying in Metropark Causeway Bay Hotel. Give me the same great experience as the 1st time. Located 5 mins walk from Tian Hou MTR station (one station after causeway bay), this hotel give you a close to city but not overly crowding feel. Good selection of TV channel to watch, so won't be bored even if you decided to stay in the room. They've got good/strong shower heads too. I will definitely stay there during subsequent visits to HK.

Near to MTR station (5 mins walk). Near to city but not overly crowded for a serene stay. Near to convenient store, supermarket and local food delights. Good hotel condition and cleanliness. Helpful hotel staff.

No big shopping malls within walking distances. Good view from one side of hotel, the other side is too near to residential apartments. Food is serve a little slow.

For Hong Kong the hotel was very good value for money, with cleanliness, friendliness of staff, location and amenities as you would expect from a Grand Hyatt or similar, only at a lower price.

This hotel has a beautiful roof top pool and exercise room.

At arrival I could not get a king size bed in a non-smoking room, it was either king size or non-smoking. Breakfast restaurant is a bit small so that you are asked to wait a few minutes. Location is far from everything and it's also difficult to find a taxi.

Hong Kong (Couple Shopping) Guest Rating: 4.0

From the airport just take the MTR (Airport Express) to Hong Kong Station and from there take a taxi.

• Restaurant Tip : In case of wanting good Western food, try The Spaghetti House, there are many stores aroung Hong Kong. Food is good, restaurants are clean and it values the money spent.
