We booked two rooms with mountain city view,buffet breakfast for 4 nights. First two nights we got the smallest room 1401 and 1403 view of the other building. After we complained to the front desk, I got changed to 1218 and 1204 with mountain and a part of harbour view. The rooms are much bigger.
The rooms are very clean.

Great hotel and good service
Good location with meters from Airport bus-stop

great location - close to causeway bay with you are a keen shopper. also close to underground that can take you to most tourist places of hong kong. the only downside is that the room is a bit small - not much room to move around once the suitcases are opened and item scattered on the beds.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Underground is the best mode of transport and Metropark is close to an underground station.

Good hotel and nice staff

The hotel has a nice location in walking distance from Times Square and many good restaurants in this part of Hong Kong, as well as being situated 200 m from the metro. Rooms are very nice and the harbour view fantastic. The outside pool on the rooftop with view over the harbour is recommended.
The staff is very friendly and helpful both when it comes to making reservations on local restaurants as well as help you out finding whatever you are looking for. I looked for a good low-priced tailor, and all I needed to do was to ask the staff in the reception.
The food in the restaurant was very good, though with limited menu.

Attentive Service and near to MTR

Quite enjoyed my 3 night stay here. Hotel does provide a free shuttle service to Causeway Bay at regular intervals. Though Tin Hau station is just a 5 minute walk away.
Rooms are clean and beds are comfy. Hotel swimming pool on the 32 flr has a lovely view of the habour.
Shopping Tip:
Wellcome supermarket and 7 eleven is a 2 min walk away if u need to stock up on water & snacks.

the hotel is located like 5 mins walk from the tin hau mtr station. there are also lots of different type of restaurant within walking distance for us to choose from. the staff are very nice and willing to help in any matter. they speak both english and chinese. the standard room is only big enough to fit 2 twin beds with limited walking room. not recommended for people with lots of luggages because it would make the room even smaller. there is no wifi (complimentary or free) in the hotel room. so, traveler needs to bring internet cable for the service. however, the internet was quite slow at night.

Great views
Great views for rooms looking towards Victoria Part. Overlooks Harbour and towards Kowloon.

Hotel is over 10 yo but still reasonable conditions. Good location, near the MTR and Cable car. Plenty of Chinese and Western restaurants within 5 mins walk. A few more bars opening up in area. Breakfast is not the greatest of choice but is adequate.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Pay that little extra for a room with a view.

It is quite convenient to take the airport shuttle bus to the hotel, less than 1.5 hours. Location is good and the view of the roof swimming pool is awesome.
