Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

Metropark Kowloon Review
Shuttle to subway stations; good cleaness level; comfortable; good breakfast.
7.7
In spite of there being no subway stations near the hotel, the localization is good, near good shops, banks branches and other commercial places. Also, there is good availability of taxis, as well as, shuttles to subway stations, which allow the guests transportation options. As for general services, Metropark Kowloon offers a good infra-structure, such as swimming pool; gymnastic room; restaurant and a comfortable lobby area. The employees are kind, except a few ones at the reception desk (more precisely, 2 male attendants). As a final evaluation, I consider the relation cost x benefit favourable to the guest.
Shopping Tip:
Good shops around.

good condition centrally located
the size of the rooms is ok and the standards are ok aswell

For a business traveller going to hong kong the hotel might not be so centrally located. the rooms are well furnished even so the standard is not up to date. staff is friendly and welcome. for a good rate this hotel can be recommended. the pool on top of the hotel is quite nice.

Too expensive for the kind of stay received
6.7
Hotel is renovating and extremely noisy from 10am to 6pm (ok if you are outside).
Shopping Tip:
Take a stroll to Ladies Market. Must visit the Espirit as it is really cheap.

I think this hotel is more valuable than other hotels in TimShaTui area for a business trip.

They should upgrade the shuttle bus services for guests within the hotel area.

Decent place, cold room
easy to get to w/ tram to the hotel, walking distance to main parts of Kowloon
8.3
Our stay at Metropark for a few days was enjoyable. It was hot when we were there, however the air conditioning in our room, when even turned down was unbearably cold. We were freezing while we were in our room, and it was so cold that it was actually pleasant walking in to the scorching heat. Room was clean, however our tv did not work, but we never used it anyway. There are restaurants, a bakery nearby which is pretty good, called "Best Baker"--very fresh. Walking distance to Ladies Market, however the hotel has a free shuttle to there as well as to Tsim Sha Tsui, which we used, and leaves every 30 min. We tried out the House of Tang restaurant in the hotel. The dim sum was good, and I had the chicken satays which were alright. The breakfast brunch/buffet at Palm Court was 140 hk dollars w/ 10% discount they give you. It was alright, had the regular breakfast food along with some hot items. Overall, we were pleased with the hotel.
Shopping Tip:
right across the street to the left of the supermarket is a laundromat called "Man Yee Laundromat"...its is much cheaper to go to the laundromat than to get it done at the hotel--they even deliver it right to the concierge! Charges by the pound.
