The location of the hotel is convenient and it takes only 2-3minutes walk to the nearest MTR station. There are lots of restaurants near the hotel and those restaurants open until late night.
If you wish to shop around the Mong Kok area, this is one of the best hotel around with reasonable price. The overall quality of the hotel is satisfaction and the room is considered fine at Mong Kok area.

My family stayed in this hotel for 4 nights...hotel room was clean, wifi at lobby was good, receptionist's service was moderate which can be improved, staff from the information counter on the ground floor was extremely helpful and helping us to obtain useful information on the landmarks around the hotel (7-11 outlets, places for breakfast and etc)..hotel is about 10 minutes walk from Argyle Street (a must visit place to experience local Hong Kong culture)..However, be aware that the free shuttle bus is not very big and unable to take up many passengers. Do wait at the lobby earlier to secure seats on the bus. No seats means u will have to wait for the next bus which 30 minutes later.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Drop by at Argyle Street to experience some local culture

Booked a family room which included 1 queen sized bed and 1 twin bed. The room was well-lit and spacious enough for 3 persons, given that most of our luggages were on the floor. The room looked like it was recently renovated. The beds were comfortable to sleep in. The free shuttle was very helpful and convenient. however, you can choose to walk for around 10mins to get to the nearest MTR. There is a supermarket and 7-11 nearby.

The hotel provides the free shuttle bus to go to Mongkok & Jim Sa Chui area in every 30 mins.
You can get the WiFi device from hotel reception, and install in your room for your mobile devices internet access.
Foods:
There are many good restaurants in the hotel area, e.g. Japanese Ramen , Tim Sum, Hong Kong Cantonese foods.. but you have to do your home works to search for the places thru this website www.openrice.com
Shopping:
Take shuttle bus to Mongkok's Fa Yuan Street, it is a great shopping place. If you like branded stuffs, can take its shuttle bus to go to Jim Sa Chui.
