very clean rooms and friendly helpful staff i have stayed at this particular hotel a few times now, as i travel to Hong Kong often for work. it is situated very near the popular ladies market in Mongkok, and near to the large pedestrianised shopping area. the area is relativly cheap to eat drink and shop compared to other parts of the city and once you find your way around it is very acessible too. the hotel itself is quite compact and simple, not as extravagant as many of the more expensive hotels i have stayed in, and this is reflected in the very reasonable rates. saying that it is very clean, friendly and efficiantly run and i would recommend it to any business or holiday traveller on a sensible buget

Good housekeeping and the place is clean. Price is competitive and location is okay. It seems that this hotel like to separate their guest by ethnicity instead of what passport are they holding. I notice that certain floors have better and newly renovated rooms. However, they tow rooms we stayed at have deferred maintenance issues primary the bathroom. In addition, I had a bad encounter with the same night shift front desk receptionist (a 5 feet 2 inches tall Chinese man) has attitudes and was holding (either intentional or not intentional) notifying the bellperson for luggage deliver to our room for more than 30 minutes. Even all hotel hosting workers were wearing big "smile" face bottons, the guy who served us twice that evening does not seem to have any positive customer service approach. Same old bad attitude in the not-educated class Hong Kong citizens toward oversea Chinese and Chinese from the mainland. I am Chinese myself and was born in Hong Kong, and I am a Chinese-American.

Front desk receptionist were helpful to providing direction shuttle bus is good during day but not available evening time if you like to go out after 8pm. Location of hotel not walking distance to main street. Nice room and comfortable stay. Room is clean. many restaurants, banks, and pastry shops, nearby hotel.

Good location and customer service. The hotel location is conveniently situated and easy access to all places. Close to MTR and shopping areas. Good customer service at front desk and helpful in accommodating to our requests. The triple room that we had was spacious enough and clean. Overall, satisfy staying in this hotel with no complaints. Would not mind staying in this hotel for our next visit.

Room is big compare to other hotels clean hotel very good service attitude, but the reception of the other more general attitude of hotel staff. Comparison of hotel rooms clean, fairly complete equipment, room size was quite good, but TV is not a flat-panel TVs can be watching the program is relatively small.

We liked the swimmingpool on the toproof!
Friendly staff.
Clean rooms. From the prospect of the hotel I thought the transferbus from the airport to the hotel should be free of charge, but it was not. A pleasent hotel with pool on the rooftop. Our teenage daugthers just loved it! Very convinient with bustransfer from airport to hotel, as well as the free buses from hotel to down town Kowloon. The free Internet in our rooms was handy to keep in touch with friends at home, as well as the bank. The breakfast buffet was good and offered both chinese and continental foods. We got a chance to start the day with chinese "congree"! And we mixed it with black coffee and fresh fruit.
Hotel Feature Tip : Very chinese (and cheap) restaurants close to the hotel. You can both experience the ordinary chinese life as well as the busniess life of Hong Kong in a close vicinity.

1) Front office staff very courteous
2) Rooms are good with facilities like coffee / tea , internet, TV programme.
3) Staff service in all area are good / friendly
1) Nothing much that I dislike on the hotel I booked three rooms for four nights at Metropark Hotel Kowloon , I find that the hotel is value for money with all the facilities available for me and my wife and my friends. The staffs there are friendly and provide us good information about Hong Kong. Walking distance to places like shopping in Mongkok area is only 10 mins away and very convenient. I will recommend this hotel to all my friends who wants to visit Hong Kong in the future.
Shopping Tip : 10 mins walk to Fa Yuen Street where you can get a good buy for sports goods.

Location is excellent. Easy walking distance to shopping and food. Much cheaper than staying in TST. My room was recently remodeled. Hotel was very clean and staff attentive. I stayed here for five days while attending a trade show near the airport. Check-in was fast with no wait. The room although small, was recently remodeled and smelled new. Flat screen TV and very reliable Internet. Beds were comfortable and the shower was really great. The hotel is easy walking distance to shopping and food in Mong Kok. Hong Kong is so small, it's a short taxi ride to anywhere you want to go. I am returning to Hong Kong in February and will certainly stay there again.

The overall of the hotel is fine but the room and the bathroom are quite small but ok.The hotel closes to seven eleven minimart and you can buy some stuffs very easy,also the restaurants are available nearby.The hotel is not that far from the shopping street on Nathan Road and Lady's Night Market.The staffs are so nice and helpful as well.The hotel has the Metro Bus services for free from the hotel to Mong Kok MTR Station but after that you have to figure out yourself where to go. The hotel's building looks like th old apartment and the scenery is not good.We required high floor in advanced but the staffs provided on the 6th floor for us.The swimming pool is so small and you have to take the stairs to get there coz the hallway is a bit weird.
Hotel Feature Tip : You can access from the airport to the hotel very easy,you can buy the Airport Express Tiket at the airport and tell the seller to go to Kowloon station then you have to wait for the Metro bus for free of the hotel over there.
P.S.The bus No.K5 to the hotel,just read from the sign at the station coz everythings mention very clearly.

A free of charge shuttle bus takes you to Mongkok (lady market) or to the centre of Kowloon. The chinese "House of Tang" is probably not the cheapest Restaurant but high quality service and even better quality of food. Outstanding.
Proper shower instead of a little and sometimes dangerous bathtub.But overall good value for your hard earned money. The rooms are rather small but this seems to be the trend of the time. This hotel appears at upperclass but the customer is not milked for his money. The staff was curteous, fast and friendly.When entering the room the carpet was not in a very clean (over used )but when one is not staying for many days it is ok. Otherwise the offering in the room were what a traveller needs to get through.
The free shuttle service to the centre of Kowloon and the lady market is a deffinite plus. I would probably choos ethis hotel again when travelling to Hong Kong.
Restaurant Tip : For everyone who enjoys high quality food the
"HOUSE OF TANG" restaurant is a must.

The rooms are comfortable and clean and the bathroom was a decent size with strong and hot water. Not good for tourists as it is far from the regular tourist places. entrance on the ground floor and lobby on the second The hotel didn't have free airport shuttle so that was a little inconvenient and the bus we took from the airport brought us to the wrong Metropark as did a taxi later in our stay. There are 3 Metropark Hotels. The staff were friendly and accommodating and the rooms were a decent size and clean. As we were tourists we found it too far from the shopping centers and the other sites even though they have a regular shuttle to Mongkok MTR and the pier. It may be a perfect hotel for business travellers.
Shopping Tip : supermarket accross the street.

price is affordable and very accesible for shopping
the restaurant is also good value excellent hotel, service is very good.the rooms are clean and spacious.the restaurant is also value for money go for the buffet . The array of food selection is vast .There is also a very good selection of bakery products at the hotel's cake shop.The happy hour at the bar makes an inexpensiveway to spend the night
night out/in depending how you want it.it is very accesible for shopping and the buses ar a cheap way to travel.
Shopping Tip : Ladies Market is excellent .Also be prepared to haggle.It is walking distance from the hotel.Mongkok is also a very good place to shop. You can avoid the hassle from salesmen tha you get from the shops at Tsimtsasui

Most heart warming was the hotel upgraded us to a club room upon us checking into the hotel, that was a very pleasant surprise and a really warm welcome, staffs are cheerful and helpful all round. To start the hotel upgraded our room to a club room and took us by surprise and really welcomed us to HongKong as this being our first visit. The staffs are very helpful in giving us directions for visiting the various places. The hotel shuttle bus was a great help in sending us to the MTR system whereby our movement around Hongkong was so convenient. Am already planning my next trip with the full family.
Shopping Tip : The hotel is within walking distance of the "Ladies Street" bazaar stalls.

The hotel was nice and clean. Loved the room settings and good services. Only the fact that right when you enter is not the check-in/out counter and lobby. Everything went well, that I couldn't ask for more. Having free internet access in the rooms were helpful, or if you don't have a laptop they do have 2 spare computers in the lobby at charge per use. They had a shuttle that can take you to the airport at a low price. The costumer service was great. When I was on my way to the airport shuttle, they had helped carry my luggage to it.
Shopping Tip : This hotel is in the area for those who are interested in electronics.
