At first I was very disappointed because I booked 2 adjacent rooms, one was ok, newly carpeted and furnitures looks refurbished. But the second room was old, dirty and disgusting! Admittedly, the room has been like that for 10 years without renovation. Anyone can see the great difference, so I complained since I paid the same price for the 2 rooms. I can not stay 10 minutes in the dilapidated room much less sleep there. Good that the staff were kind enough to listen to my complaint and referred the matter to the Asst. Manager who moved us to newly refurbished rooms on the 5th floor. Obviously, these rooms were newly renovated, looks a lot nicer, cleaner and more updated. Really appreciate the staffs and the Astt. Manager.
We had breakfast at their coffe shop, food sucks!

Hotel staff provide good service but housekeeping needs improvement as the room wasn't cleaned properly on a few days. No wifi in room, only in lobby, posed inconvenience for us. Old hotel. Good location near mtr and shopping areas like mongkok, ladies street, nathan road.

The staff is superb and overall the service level is acceptable. However, the room is not up towards Hong Kong Hotel services as the room is very old and facilities such as bathtub n tv need change.
