Staff is very friendly and helpful. Hotel is big, with many facilities like swimming pool, wifi, conference / ballrooms. Location was quite far from MongKok MTR, almost a 10-15 min walk. The hotel provides a shuttle but it only comes every half hour. Room smells bit old, and furniture was a little worn out but the beds were still comfy.

The hotel is well placed in Kowloon just a 10 min walk to the good shopping areas, or a cheap taxi ride. Great cheap little restaurant a few metres down. Well under $10 aussie taxi ride to the night markets and great eating spots. Free internet in the lobby. Tidy clean well looked after hotel with great staff. My travelling mate was a bit sick when we got there, the next day the conceirge organised a doctors appointment next door, woke him for the appointment and the hotel sent a get well note and some free boiled water in a chilled flask delivered to the room. Overall friendly, very professional service from all staff, and I highly recommend. I hope the Manager of the hotel reads these comments and passes on appropriate kudos to all staff. Well done. Thank yoy.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Make sure you visit Victoria's Peak and Temple Street night markets.

Nice comfortable hotel with good service

this hotel is neat and decent,though not four star. it is convineintly located and the hotel offers regular shuttle service through out the day. the rooms were clean and extra bed was provided as requested. the staff were not very good with their english but still they were polite and tried to assist where ever possible. they also provided us with an english newspaper, at our request. there is a travel agent and a bakery housed with the hotel premises which was also very convenient.

its a nice hotel with nice staff and good location
accessible to anywhere you want to go, its near the restaurant, convenient store, money changer, night market, mtr etc

we enjoyed our stay at Metropark hotel because its accessible to any place you want like night market, restaurant, convenient stores, money changer, the mtr which connects us to disneyland and ocean park. the staff are nice and very accommodating and most of all its near the ferry terminal that connects us in going to macau.... for sure we will stay here again next time....

A Hotel that is hiding away from bustling Monkok
Shuttle Bus service to two MTR station which can help save walking distance & money.

There's a good eatery beside the hotel that serve HK famous roasted birds. And also directly across, you can get a good Tim Sum breakfast at affordable price before 10am.
One negative comment: Hope the cleaning ladies can clean the toilet more diligently.

I feel that the hotel location is quite far from shopping area.Mostly for the senior people who know nothing about the mass transport. Taxi fee cost me 40% of the money i spend anyway general service is quite good but overall is suitable for younger who can walk the whole day.

I spent 2 nights in this hotel and was very happy with the value for money. My room was clean and comfortable. I had a very nice buffet breakfast as well
