I've been staying in Metropark Hotel for most of my Hong Kong trips. The rooms are spacious, clean & come with Free internet access. Major Mongkok shopping areas and subway are within walking distance.

Stayed in Metropark again after a pleasant first stay. This time unfortunately, did not get upgraded so got only run of the house room. Even then, nothing to complain about. Comfortable room, fantastic shower, free internet. My only negative impression is that the rooms are a bit on the dark side and the aircon a bit ineffective.

This a a chain hotel which they have numbers of Metropark in hong Kong city. Best value for prompt services

This hotel based services are perfect! We went to wrong hotel which is the same group as this, concierge are very helpful even we went to the wrong hotel. He try to settle our huge laggage, then find us a taxi to Metropark Kowloon. This hotel location wise are perfect, close to lui yan street, mongkok and etc
Shopping Tip:
Lui Yan Street, Restaurant nearby. 10 minutes to Jordan MRT Station & Yau Ma Tai MRT Station

I have been to this hotel for at least three times when I travelled to Hong Kong. The price is reasonable. The service of this hotel is good and friendly. The reception is very helpful.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
close to night markets, only 8 minutes by walking.

Value for money hotel
Free shuttle bus to Mongkok MRT - especially when you have kids with you.

The hotel looks dated, but, you get what you pay for. As there are 2 Metropark in the vicinity, my advise is to tell the taxi driver that this is the one along Waterloo Street.
The distance to Mongkok MTR is slightly further than many hotels in Kowloon area, but, the free shuttle bus kind of make up for it.
I recommended this hotel for who takes the train line from Hong Hum to Mongkok East to Shahtin.
Restaurant Tip:
The Chinese Restaurant just beside the Hotel is offers pretty good roasted pork/duck/char siew items, and their noodles are quite nice.

Good value hotel in Kowloon, typical of metropark hotels. Efficient staff, with speedy and competent check-in and check-out. Included internet connection is a bonus. Downside during my stay was the level of noise from the adjoining room. There was a connecting door between the room - evidently inadequately sound-proofed with every invective of neighbours' dispute rendered in stereo. I had to change rooms, and had to insist with reception. Besides that no problems.
