Metropark Kowloon
Conveniently travel from/to airport with free airport express shuttle bus service which stop right at the hotel. Also having free shuttle bus from hotel to Mong Kok and tsim sha tsui. Room space is fine compare to other hotel in the same class.

This is one of a good choice especially for business travel since the transportation from hotel to/from airport or downtown is available free of charge. The room space, service, cleanliness and facilities are fine with reasonable price. But for traveling, the negative side is about its location which is too far walking distance from shopping area, MTR, good restaurant, even there's shuttle bus provided but it is not convenient for the way back. And also they don't include breakfast which makes it unnecessary expensive which is much unfavorable to traveler since most of the tourist guest expect to.
Shopping Tip:
It is near Mong Kok shopping area, a place you shouldn't miss.
If having elder or children, better take taxi from MongKok MTR station when coming back to hotel, it is only 18 HKD, it is too far to walk.

Great Hotel!!!
Before I stayed at this hotel, I read reviews that said it was inconvenient but that is definitely not true. It took only 5 minutes or so to walk to the nearest station. They also have free shuttle buses every half an hour.

Metropark Hotel Kowloon
Customer Service is good friendly staff. The hotel has a free shuttle bus which is very convenient to guests. It saved us five mins walk to get to shops and MTR.
7.3
Our stay in Metropark Kowloon were quite enjoyable. The shuttle bus was a plus because it saves us from walking after a long day. The customer service is excellent - staff are friendly.
Shopping Tip:
If you are up for bargains this hotel is closer to Ladies Market where you can haggle for the price.

Unhappy
clean is the only selling point for me.. expensive but with less service.
5.3
I was in HK for couple days and i was staying in multiple hotels and this would be the worst i can tell since they are not providing proper service as they said on website. The room is small BUT clean. If you not looking for best service but a place to pass out then this can be your choice. I would not stay here again since im looking for best service..

Small room, but strategic location...
Close to Mongkok, free shuttle to Mongkok and Tsim Sha Tsui, free hotspot in ground floor and lobby floor, chinese restaurants and Seven Eleven nearby

Overall, my impression on the hotel was so-so. For the price I was paying, which was close to US$100 per night, I set higher expectation than what I really got. The room was small, but I guess that is rather the norm for HK, and the service was unimpressive. However, free and regular shuttle bus to Mongkok and Tsim Sha Tsui is a plus (although the driver wasn't willing to wait for unfortunate hotel guests who missed the shuttle by few seconds).

Great Hotel - nice room sizes
Nice room sizes, good value, helpful staff, clean, quiet location.

I really do like this hotel and have stayed there several times. It is in a very quiet location - well off the noise and hassle of Nathan Road. The Airport Express stops directly in front of the hotel. Staff is quite helpful. Room was comfortable and nice size for HK.The only thing that is inconvenient is that the walk is quite far the the nearest MTR - but the hotel shuttle is fine. I like this hotel and Agoda Service is excellent.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Get an Octopus Card early in your visit to HK. Can be purchased at 7-11 and can be used at almost everything - from Airport Express, MTR, Star Ferry and McDonald's (taxi's do not accept the Octopus Card though). This hotel located in close walking distance to the Ladies Market - excellent shopping - better values than on Nathan Road or much better than Tsim Sha Shui.

AVERAGE RATING
Good customer service and free transport services
4.7
Rooms are quite old, the brown paint from the table had stained my white tee-shirt and my husband's boxer. It is not washable. Carpets on the floor is old, needs to be changed.
Besides the above, the location of the hotel and the customer service is good. The free transport service is attractive as you will not need to waste money on cabs.

Comfortable hotel with decent size rooms
Complimentary shuttle bus
Swimming pool
Free wifi on ground floor
7.7
This hotel has decent size rooms for a Hong Kong hotel, certainly large enough for 2 adults and a child to be comfortable.
There’s a complimentary shuttle bus service from the hotel to Mongkok Station and also to TST Station which is convenient, otherwise it’s a medium walk to Mongkok East and a long walk to Yau Ma Tei station but there are plenty of buses that run along Argyle Street to hop on, just make sure you have the right change.
The restaurant looked nice at the hotel but our rate didn’t include breakfast so we ate out at one of the many restaurants along the road before and after the hotel. There’s also a supermarket opposite.
The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful with directions, maps and bus timings etc.
Outside the hotel there’s a stop for the K5 free shuttle bus to the Kowloon Airport Express train station so it’s handy for coming in from the airport and leaving also.
Shopping Tip:
The hotel shuttle bus goes to the ladies market for some good shopping.
