Great value for your money, it is already cheap for a hotel offering such amenities, it is decent and clean. I will recommend this hotel to my friends. Offers convenient shuttle service every 30 minutes for free. Sometimes, it is very hard to find its location when it is your first time to go there. But if you are looking for great value for your money that can give you a comfortable, safe and good night sleep, this is the place for you. Choose the Non-smoking.

There is free shuttle service provided by the Airport Express MTR to/from the hotel at 24mins interval. So there is no problem getting to/from the hotel from/to the airport. Although the hotel is located in the busy district, it is a 15mins walk to the nearest MTR station. The hotel provides free shuttle services to Mongkok MTR station and East Tsim Sha Tsui half-hourly (15mins interval during morning peak hours). The hotel room is rather old, limited TV channel selection but with complementary internet access. This can be a choice hotel if one planned to spend most of the time exploring Hong Kong and not spending considerable time in the hotel.

Comfortable - value for money
Hotel is clean, room is comfortable.
Good ambient.

This is my second stay at Metropark Kowloon.
Although the hotel located a bit far from HK MTR station, I am still willing to go back due to the good ambient and comfortable room. The room space can be consider spacious given HK hotel room standard. Walking distant to Ladies Street about 15 to 20 min.
Hotel Feature Tip:
On the both side of the hotel have restaurants for breakfast. Try the beef noodles in the restaurant located on the right side of the hotel (beside a small book/convenient store).
Always try to take hotel shuttle to Mongkok MTR station. Get the shuttle schedule from the potter at Ground floor. The shuttle also fetch hotel customer back to hotel at Tsim Sha Shui shopping complex.
On the way back, stop at Mongkok station, take exit D3, will be close to hotel, find a restaurant for dinner. If too lazy to walk back (which I did), taxi will cost you HKD18, the meter will not jump, as the hotel just about 15 min walking distant away.

Reasonable room rate. Rooms are not too small, and are generally clean.

When we booked, it was stated that the hotel would be undergoing some renovation works. This was hardly noticeable. The place is not too far from the tourist area of Ladies Street, etc, but a bit further from the nearest MRT station than desired. While the rooms are reasonably sized compared with some hotels, e.g., Harbour Hotel Mongkok. the beds are on the small size. BTW, room is not inclusive of breakfast, but there is a regular hotel shuttle at 30-min interval to Tsimshatsui. Overall, room rate is reasonable for a 3-4 star hotel.

A pleasant stay overall
Housekeeping, clean bed, nice radio alarm clock and two small bottles of mineral water daily.

The location of the hotel although is not near to the MTR station, they do provide the shuttle bus almost every 30 minutes. The shuttle will bring you to the New World Center (near to Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station) via Mongkok. Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station is just a station away to Hong Kong Island. And to those who wanted to drop off to Mongkok city and Mongkok MTR station can go down at Mongkok. Nevertheless, when you want to return to hotel, the shuttle bus will only pick you up from New World Center. By the way, my friend had a nightmare during his first night sleeping in a corner room. If possible try to avoid taking a corner room.
Shopping Tip:
Opposite of the hotel is a supermarket. It's convenient for those who wanted to get daily sundries or mineral water.

easy access to Mongkok subway station or Kowloon subway station by taxi.

this is good hotel to stay for shopping around Kowloon,even you want to go to Hongkong island it will be also easy thanks on subway and taxi.taxi fee to station is around 20 HKD from hotel.

The location is good and close to mtr.

The hotel is in good location and close to mtr and shopping area. Hope the housekeeping leave the air conditioner on and give us 1 hand soap and 2 body soaps. Thanks for the upgrade.

shuttle bus to mongkok MTR and TST

we stayed here on feb 20 at a smoking area. comparing to our previous stay on feb 16-19, it was very, very different. the beds were narrower, the smell would remind you that you are on a smoking area. the room needs refurbishing. but still, there is an internet connection inside the room which is +++ for me (unlimited usage on your stay). we leave our luggages the day before at their concierge when we went to macau at no cost...
Hotel Feature Tip:
at the ground floor, there is a tour operator where you can purchase tickets to disneyland and ocean park. i think you can also buy tickets for macau (via ferry) and other tours that may caught your fancy. i just found out about these as we are waiting for our van going to the airport.

A very good and enjoyable stay at the Metropark Hotel Kowloon. The room and restaurant were superb. Staff were very friendly and efficient. The only draw back is too far away from MRT. For younger people no problem, but not good for seniors like us. Overall my wife and I enjoyed our stay there and would go back again
