Nice place to stay in Hong Kong
Nice, comfortable rooms. The hotel transportation is also a good selling point. It is also easily access by the Airport Express bus, so transfers to the airport are easy. Also, Ladies Market is withing walking distance of the hotel.

I enjoyed my stay at the Metropark Kowloon Hotel. I booked there because of the price, one of the cheapest in Hong Kong, and the reviews received from other travelers. I liked the small but comfortable rooms, and the transportation that the hotel provides to the waterfront, and the Mong Kok metro station.
Although breakfast is extra, they do give you a 50% off coupon, so 2 people can eat for the price of one at the Palm Court restaurant located in the lobby of the hotel. The food choices were varied and good.
I stayed for one night during my initial stop over in Hong Kong, and enjoyed the stay so much that I booked again during my layover before returning home to the US.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Internet access is in the lobby. They charge 10 HKD for 15 minutes of use. They also have a business center on the 17th floor if you need to print, or would like to sit down rather than stand to access the internet.

Metropark Kowloon
The rooftop pool was nice, as was the room decor

This hotel has excellent staff and a central location. It is a bit off of the main drag but they have free shuttles all over Kowloon and Monkok and they provide good directions for walking to shopping markets which are close as is the MRT station. The room was well decorated just a bit small. There was a shower but no tub. There were plenty of outlets and the flat screen TV and internet worked well all the time. I did not eat at the restaurants although they looked good.
Shopping Tip:
The primary street markets are within walking distance and a map is provided.

Location is an essence.
The hotel is located in a very nice area, 5 minutes to shopping area (Ladies market), also there is a shuttle bus to take you to good shopping places, rooms are small but ok. Nice rooftop swimming pool.
During my stay there was some noise due to maintenance in the hotel.
Rooms are comfy and clean.

Very nice place
Clean, very helpful staff

When we arrived, they didn't have the queen sized bed we asked for and we ended up with a double room. However, not only did they send someone up to help us try and push the beds together, they found a room for us the next day!
Overall, the place was very good, but for those who don't like to walk, this place is a little bit out of the way. But there are always cabs and learning the bus system isn't that difficult.
Restaurant Tip:
Don't always catch a cab or bus to get to nathan road. Grab a map, and walk down those side streets. There are a lot of very good and interesting small shops.

A hotel that is worththe money you spend. located 5 min walking away from the ladies market and the MTR, has a supermarket and a bakery just across the street. free shuttle to Tsim Tsh Tsui area every 30 min and back to the hotel. The rooms are comfortable, clean and big compare to other hotels. free bottle of water are given each day. the hotel crew are nice and very helpfull. There is a shuttle to the airport in a reasonable price.
Restaurant Tip:
A Mongolian restaurant called "NOMADES" in kimberly road, an all you can eat buffet for 180$ h.k.

October Break in Hong Kong
The hotel was clean and staff was very kind and well trained.
6.7
The room was a little small for 2 adults and one young boy (2 years), but considering Hong Kong standard, the hotel was fine for its room rate.

I stayed in the metropark for 3 nights while on business in Hong Kong. The room was quite small and not so many good channels on the tv but it was clean. I arrived late at night and i was hungry, there are only sandwiches after 11.30pm and the mini bar is not so well equipped, so that night i stayed hungry because i didn't want to go out as i had to wake up early the next day. The next evening i tried the room service and it was so bad i had to just put it in the corridor (even though i was really hungry) because it was so bad. The reception desk was also quite rude the morning after that when i called to get the phone number of a local business. It sounds like my stay here was terrible, it really wasn't, just some little problems, but all in all an ok place to stay if you only stay for a couple of nights.

There is a bakery on the first floor so I bought my breakfast every day. The ham and cheese croisant was quite delicious.
The person at the front desk was really rude.
It is quite upsetting so I am not going to go over the details but I will never stay at this hotel again.

Metropark Kowloon Review
Hotel provides free bus to parts around Hong Kong. The hotel is also close to a number of restaurants and shopping areas such as street markets.
8.7
It was our first time in Hong Kong and we really enjoyed our stay. The hotel's management was prompt, professional, and friendly. Furthermore, the staff was extremely well groomed. The hotel is north of the central business district in Kowloon, but was only a five minute ride from the action.
Shopping Tip:
There are some markets right near the hotel such as the ladies market.
