October Break in Hong Kong
The hotel was clean and staff was very kind and well trained.
6.7
The room was a little small for 2 adults and one young boy (2 years), but considering Hong Kong standard, the hotel was fine for its room rate.

I stayed in the metropark for 3 nights while on business in Hong Kong. The room was quite small and not so many good channels on the tv but it was clean. I arrived late at night and i was hungry, there are only sandwiches after 11.30pm and the mini bar is not so well equipped, so that night i stayed hungry because i didn't want to go out as i had to wake up early the next day. The next evening i tried the room service and it was so bad i had to just put it in the corridor (even though i was really hungry) because it was so bad. The reception desk was also quite rude the morning after that when i called to get the phone number of a local business. It sounds like my stay here was terrible, it really wasn't, just some little problems, but all in all an ok place to stay if you only stay for a couple of nights.

There is a bakery on the first floor so I bought my breakfast every day. The ham and cheese croisant was quite delicious.
The person at the front desk was really rude.
It is quite upsetting so I am not going to go over the details but I will never stay at this hotel again.

Metropark Kowloon Review
Hotel provides free bus to parts around Hong Kong. The hotel is also close to a number of restaurants and shopping areas such as street markets.
8.7
It was our first time in Hong Kong and we really enjoyed our stay. The hotel's management was prompt, professional, and friendly. Furthermore, the staff was extremely well groomed. The hotel is north of the central business district in Kowloon, but was only a five minute ride from the action.
Shopping Tip:
There are some markets right near the hotel such as the ladies market.

Nice but inconvenient
Recently remodeled, excellent service, comfortable and clean.
6.7
I mistakenly booked a room at the Metropark Kowloon thinking it was one of the other Metroparks (there are 4 of them in the chain). The hotel appears to be recently remodeled, very comfortable and neat. However, it is too out of the way from the MTR and other major shopping areas. It's about a 15 minute walk (at least) to the MTR. Even though the hotel provides a shuttle to the MTR and Tsimshatsui, still it is not as convenient as getting around by myself. Unfortunately, will not stay there again due to the location.

Not bad in town
-Near food court and supermarket.
7.3
It's situated in town, not expensive hotel. We can walk from hotel to MRT with some sweating but you can think it's a sightseeing program. Lots of food you can find during the walk e.g. delicious fried crispy snack that you can eat with milk or soy milk. With this price we can say it's worthwhile.
Shopping Tip:
Welcome store in front of hotel has many budget good.

Great Accommodation in Hong Kong
This is a clean, well priced and ideally located hotel. There is a great pool up on the roof

This is a clean, well priced and ideally located hotel. There is a great pool up on the roof. The staff are friendly and very efficient. The free bus to the different market areas and train stations makes it ideal for most tourists. All of the taxi drivers are aware of the location, and there is a drive through at the front of reception so there is no worries about getting out on a busy road.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
There are some great foot massage places on Waterloo Road, and don't forget to take a tram to the top of Victoria Peak on Hong Kong Island.

clean and comfortable
Slightly away from the hustle but close enough for shopping.
Shuttle bus was an asset.
7
The check-in staff was quite helpful and friendly.
The location may not be so convenient for those in a hurry, as it is about 15 minutes on foot to the nearest MTR station. There were certainly adequate supply of taxis around the hotel. The color scheme of the lobby might be brighter as well. The room was clean but the soap container had a leak with some unfortunate waste of water and contents. The value for money is fair.
Shopping Tip:
Shuttle bus takes you right to the heart of some bargains in Mongkok.

Decent Hotel for the Price
Decent service, location, clean.
7.3
This was one of the cheapest hotels we could find. No frills and thrills but decent and clean. Provides shuttle to airport. Close and convenient to most shopping and eatery. However, don't expect too much. Overall this is a good place to stay. I would give it three out of five stars.
