The staff some are nice , some are just ok
Shuttle bus to Mongkok/TST station every 30mins is a nice complimentary, so I don't have to walk from station to hotel, since shopping in Hongkong tends to take its toll on my feet.
Clean room so I can go sleep comfortably
Wifi is only at lobby/concierge area, at the room you have to get some stranger's wifi and tend not too be that strong
The only thing I dun like is the bakery downstair, I tried 1 bread and can't finish it, taste weird.
