Hotel staff provide good service but housekeeping needs improvement as the room wasn't cleaned properly on a few days. No wifi in room, only in lobby, posed inconvenience for us. Old hotel. Good location near mtr and shopping areas like mongkok, ladies street, nathan road.

it was a great stay filled with memorable moments.

Hotel rooms were clean and room service was efficient.
The bad is that the hotel is hard to locate as it is far from the MTR and there's no wifi access in the room itself.

big windows, fresh towels and working airconditioner

modestly comfortable but could do with more space, getting rid of the cigarette smoke smell, changing the carpets and making sure electrical switches are properly attached. Lastly changing the lights along the corridor and in the room to make it brighter. Thank you.

Hotel with convenient location
near to several mtr stations (eg. Mongkok station) and shopping locations

Thr service was good and the checkin-checkout procedures were fast. We asked for smoking room beforehand but asked to change to nonsmoking room and they entertained us with good attitude. Besides, the staffs were also helpful wh3n we asked for directions to certain locations and they even provide us a map.
