Good location
Not expensive
Professional staff
Internet use is too expensive
This is a great hotel for the price. Very good location, near to bar scene in Lockhart road, numerous options for different food joints, close to Wanchai MTR and HK Convention Center. Clean rooms, though small in size. I have stayed in this hotel few times and will go back again.
Nightlife Tip : Bars all around

Non-smoking room has smoking smell.
The hotel is centrally located, close to restaurants, transportation, and shopping. It is 5 minutes walk to Wanchai MTR, 15 min walk to ferry pier which will then take you to TST and other Kowloon locations. The Airport Express shuttle bus stops at Empire Hotel which is across the street from Metro Park. There are a lot of bars on Lockhart which is the next street to the North, but you don't hear any noise from the bars. Staff is very helpful. Overall, it is a good value in HK. The only negative experience is that the non-smoking room I was first given has smoking smell. I moved to another room which is better but I can still smell someone had smoked in the room before. It could be from the air duct, I am not sure. But, I am not very sensitive to the smell and was fine in the second room.

Good location in Wanchai within walking distance to all the bars and restaurants. Supermarket very close and ATM's just up the street at HSBC.
Hotel is in a great location if you want to spend most of your time in Wanhcai. Taxis right at the front door, HSBC money machine close and lots of places to eat and drink. The room is functional with a good size flat screen TV, bathroom is ok (no bath) and the staff respond quickly to requests. Is certainly not luxury but was good value for the price. Some noise from the busy street can be heard and so can any noisy people in nearby rooms, so is not a hotel to spen a lot of time relaxing in.
Shopping Tip : Stock up on water and snacks at the Welcome supermarket across the road.

Convenience and value for money
This hotel turned out to be very good value for money, close to transport facilities and with friendly and helpful staff. The room perhaps was a little on the small side, but clean and comfortable for a one-night stay. Easy walking distance to Wanchai MTR station and even to centre of Hong Kong. Good choice for business travellers on a budget or for tourists.
Travel tip : Easy transport links at Wan Chai MTR station

good location near MTR wan chai, friendly & helpful staffs.
not spacious. Need to improve on expanding concierge space.
The hotel rooms were very clean ( think it's nearly renovated) but not as spacious though.
On our first day of arrival, we checked in smoothly and got room upgrades! Very happy with this arrangement.
However on 2nd day when we check out and informed the hotel staffs that we need to leave our luggage behind overnight as we will be checking in on the 3rd day again, they said they will need to charge HKD10 per piece of luggage due to space constraint. Not very satisfied with this service though...
On the 3rd day when we checked in again, we waited till 3.30pm then we get our rooms! also we didn't get our double bed and there was no upgrade or anything to appease us! what a disappointment.
One more setback is they don't provide any complimentary mineral/distilled water in the room too!
However the location is good and there's a lot of good local delicacies shop/restaurant nearby.
Will still recommend people to stay there.

The rooms are very small compared to the price they charged. The ventilation at the hallway and rooms are very bad. The hallway smells and the
room has urinal smell. There are two computers
located in the hallway and no chairs and they even charged for the usage.

Clean, spacious rooms.
Great location.
Great service.
In-room safe big enough for a laptop.
There are several steps up from the lobby to the elevators. Not a problem in general, but could be troublesome to someone with disabilities.
On arrival, my room was not ready and I was told it would be around 45 minutes. I would count this a con, except that they offered to upgrade my room to the next level - so I can't really complain. They offered to tag my luggage and locked it up while I went and got some food and a sim card.
The hotel is newly (re)finished and very clean. This extends to the room and bathroom. The hotel makes several pillow types and blankets available through housekeeping. The usual soap, shampoo, and showercap are provided - along with a toothbrush/toothpaste and razor/shaving cream. Very tall people may find themselves ducking a bit in the shower.
There is a room safe which is big enough for a 15.4" widescreen laptop - though you do need to angle it in a bit. There is no WiFi (that I am aware of), but there is a jack built into the desk for Internet access. I did not use it, so cannot comment on quality/speed.
The location is excellent. The Wanchai MTR is 1.5 blocks away, and there are many restaurants (noodles, hamburgers, Thai, Indian, pizza, Shwarmas) and an Irish pub all within 2 blocks. There is also an HSBC bank with 24-hour ATMs 1 block away.
For those into the nightlife, there are more than a dozen clubs(discos) within 2 blocks. For those who prefer a quieter night, don't worry. The hotel is quiet on the inside and even in front as it's off to the edge of all the clubs (i.e., not many club goers walking by it).
The Airport Express does not provide shuttle service to this hotel; however, a taxi from Hong Kong Station was only HK$22 (plus baggage) and around 7 minutes.
I did not eat at the hotel, nor use any of its facilities, so cannot comment on them.
Enjoy your trip.

Location, Location , Location - Great location with good access to bus, tram and MTR station.
Friendly helpful staff.
Excellent breakfast and buffet dinner.
Great value for money.
Internet access at similar hotels we had stayed at during our trip had free internet services for guests. This could be something for consideration.
The room facilities were of a quality standard, very comfortable, clean and very well serviced. The staff were especially helpful with directions to the sights and attractions, and they were also quite caring as we had arrived from Europe with severe head colds. Access to all key transports is within easy reach. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend the hotel to others, or stay here again ourselves.
Shopping Tip : Stanley Markets and the Ladies Market are a must. Do take the tram car to the top of The Peak - the view on a clear day is breathtaking.

Good mid range hotel with good facilities and efficient staff. Good central location in Wanchai easily reached by Airport Express and short taxi ride.
There was nothing I disliked about this hotel
Good mid range hotel with good facilities and couterous and efficient staff. The rooms are good sized and modern bathrooms. Clean and good air con. The hotel is centrally located close to station and surrounding wanchai nightlife. Access to the hotel is easy via airport express train to hong kong station and then short taxi ride (or via mrt ). Will stay there again.

clean and friendly and safe
the bathrooms are very small
The location of the hotel is very good. It is very near to the next Subway-Station. The rooms are small, but very clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helps. The air condition is very good. It is possible to switch it completely out or on. Three internet accounts in the lobby. The restaurant looks very nice.

Fantastic location, easy reach of Wan Chai and Admiralty underground stations and walking distance to the peak tram.
This hotel was a fab location as stated on Pros. There is plenty of places to eat and drink within easy walking distance. The road behind the hotel had a few dancing girl bars, so be warned but it is not too imposing.
