Budget Travel
The staff were very helpful in arranging our two rooms close together on the same floor.

The hotel room is small but clean and provide all the basic amenities. We were out touring most of the day and it serves the need for a place to rest at night. The staff is friendly and courteous, and were helpful to get a taxi for us during the rain. The hotel is located in a busy area with a lot of shops and restaurants surrounding it. Easy access to public transportation, such as buses, MTR etc.

This is the best hotel we have stayed at in Hong Kong. We have visited HK on numerous occasions and this is definitely the best all round hotel we have stayed at. The location is great. The Airport bus drops you just outside the hotel. The rooms are clean and well maintained. As in all HK hotels hanging and drawer space is limited. But this hotel certainly had a larger than average hanging space. The bed was comfortable with a choice of pillows or blankets or duvet!!! Ours was fine so did not try the alternatives. Breakfasts was good and catered for Asian and European tasts. Lots and lots of choice and served everyday with a smile. Would certainly stay here again.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Get an Octopus card - can be boufght from any MTR station - gives you hassle free transportation around the island.

Good location
Location is hard to beat. Near Wan-chai station, and a reasonable taxi ride away to everything central. The room was clean, and the service was good as well. Good that there is internet service where you can check your email, etc, but no business center.

The best thing about the hotel is most likely its location. It is located near Wanchai station, and is on main road, making taxi acess to other areas of Hong Kong easy and very reasonable. If you like to share breakfast with the locals, the backstreets are well known for food to go morning dumpling shops as well as small breakfast "diners" where you can have a congee set with friend noodles before you are off for your day. There are 2 convenience stores and citibank located in the vicinity, and the staff were quite friendly as well. The room is clean, with the basics, and feels safe and secure for the lone female traveler as well. There are no frills (spa, etc.) but everything you need for a short decent stay.I recommend this hotel and would stay thee again. Be sure to request a room with a view though,,,it seems some room directly face buildings!
Restaurant Tip:
There are some good breakfast stalls dumpling shops behind the hotel. Ask the staff!

I usually take the cheapest hotel thinking that I can save on cost but I usually end up hating the environment. Luckily, our office secretary in HK introduced me to Metropark & I got both: cheap & decent environment. Another advantage is its proximity to Central where our HQ office is & accesibility to all mode of transportation. I tried the breakfast once & I thought it has good to excellent choice of foods. Metropark is it when in HK. More power!
Nightlife Tip:
If you feel blue or tired, relaxation & happiness is just a street away.

Metropark Hotel Wanchai
2 blocks from the tram that takes you to all the districts on Hong Kong Island side for 2 HK dollars. Easy and fun! The rooms were clean, comfy and modern.

This hotel is in an excellent location for walking to the markets in Wanchai, the convention center and it is two minutes from the tram that takes you anywhere fast, and the MTR of course. Clean, modern, stylish. Good price, good location. Skip the buffet breakfast and head to the pacific coffee company just behind or the cafe across the street for food.

the hotel is placed in a great location in the entertainment district of Wan Chai with a variety of nightlife and vast international selection of dining options .Recently renovated the hotel provides value for money however to westerners the rooms may seem a little on the smaller side. Overall the staff were very friendly and the overall quality is quite good.

The hotel is well placed for the busy night life of Wanchai. The rooms are clean and modern and well decorated. It is a hotel I would use again when in HK.

The hotel had my reservation well in advance of our arrival (5 WEEKS) but our confirmed request for a large bed and no smoking was ignored and we were offered single beds and smoking rooms. Sadly we had to ask for the hotel manager to resolve as the checking in staff were not too helpful. The result was a change of room and everything else went very smoothly, I would use the hotel again on a future trip

The location is good 5 minutes from the metro station.

The location is good and easy to find it since it is by the main road. The noise is very high and very bad. The smell in the room is also very bad. No service at all and room is very small. I don't know if all hotels in Hong Kong are like this but I hate the stay in this one. I will never stay there again.

We stayed 2 nights. The hotel staffs were helpful with street direction. Wan Chai MTR subway station and Causeway bay are nearby. There are plenty of restaurants and bars around the hotel. The room is quite spacious by Hong Kong standard but what we disliked was the view from our room is the backyard of a run-down building.

This hotel is located near from the street with many nite clubs... so, it is good hotel if you want to enjoy such nite life.
Hotel is very new look and rooms are clean. But, I don't like this hotel's bathroom. Not confortable.
