Great location if you love the markets
right near prince edward mtr and close to multiple street markets

have stayed here 3 times now and for the price and location it will be somewhere i stay again. it is nothing super fancy but it is clean and the staff are helpful and friendly. it's a very short walk from fa yuen st markets, flower markets, gold fish st, and is a walk or one mtr stop from mongkok station for ladies markets, sports shoe st, etc. a nice bakery and a cafe de coral across the road for cheap meals.
the beds are pretty much rock hard but i did see mention that other mattresses are available if you ask.
aside from those minor glitches it is a great place to stay for my simple needs.
Restaurant Tip:
Cafe de Coral nearby offers cheap but delicious food throughout the day.

hotel good location in mongkok-prince edward area
good location-right next to the mrt station. clean, nice comfortable bed

the metropark mongkok hotel rooms not quite spacious but good enough. the rooms and bathrooms are clean and don't smell (we stayed in a room located on a non-smoking floor). the bed is quite comfortable (firm as in most hotels in hongkong and macau but not hard). it is located right next to the prince edward mrt station which is a big plus. it also walking distance to langham'place, the flower market etc..we were there during the chinese new year when 70% of all establishments are closed but we didn't go hungry because the hotel has a restaurant on the 2nd level and there are good small restauants wihtin the vivnity of the hotel that were open and serve good chinese dimsum. the hotel seems to be a favorite among chinese from taiwan and mainland.
Shopping Tip:
the chinese is not exactly a good time to visit hongkong if you want is shoping. most stores are closed.

i am so satisfied with the hotel. nice staff,clean room, good services, convinient trasportation...... i lived here for 3 days. i am sure i will come again if i come to hk once more.

Easy access to MRT, food, flower market, street market etc..
The bus stop for bus service from Airport is just in front of hotel.

overall, the hotel is not too bad and very convenient. the hotel is very near to the prince edward mrt station. it is also near to some other mrt stations within walking distance and also some night market that you can spend your time during the night. it is really a strategic location with accessibility to the taxi and bus too. there are many restaurants around and some are open 24 hours. so, there is no problem on food. within walking distance, there are also a few shopping outlets that you can buy some last minute stuff to take back.

It's a very convenient location. 3 minutes walk away from the MTR station. Surrounding streets are all available for shopping. The hotel lunch set at the 1st floor chinese restaurant is superb with a low price. Size of the room is just nice. The room is also clean and it doesn't look old. Great place
