Comfortable, affordable 3* hotel
located just opposite price edward mtr @ exit c2
6
good location, easy access to mtr. comfortable room, good enough for shopping trips. staff were friendly, helpful. easy bus transfer direct from airport to hotel & vice versa. just look for the metropark hotel counter after u exit from baggage claim.
i have stayed here many times even when it was called concourse hotel. affordable with free internet access.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Do bring along your own multiple plug/adaptors as there is only 1 power-point available for you to charge your mobile/laptop/digcamera/hairdryer/kettle.

Great Location.
Very convenient to MTR and amenities.
8.3
Good experience except with the shower. Easy access to MTR, within 150 meters from the hotel. Bus counter and pick-up point next to the hotel that allows you to purchase tickets to travel to Macau and China. No shortage of amenities nearby. The concierge and housekeeping staff were great. WiFi is provided.

Great Location, but not much else
6.3
i have mistaken this hotel for 'metropark kowloon' which i used to stayed in while traveling to hong kong (and i like that one very much.) by the time i found out i've booked a wrong hotel i didn't have time to do anything and i figured just two nights would not make much different and we rarely stay in the hotel in hong kong anyway.
first thing i noticed was the location. it was very convenient if you plan to travel by metro since it is only a few minutes away from prince edwards mrt station which leads to mong kok and so on. but if you take a lot of taxi, the hotel does not provide the porter service (a.k.a. they don't call a cap for you) and there is not much of drop-off space around the hotel.
the reception area is pretty crowded when we arrived and seems like it is always crowded before 10pm. we did not expect the rooms to be big so it was quite exceptable. however, some of the windows look out to the wall, literally. so, if you are big on views, this hotel might not be for you. also the curtains could not close all the way so if you want complete darkness and plan to sleep til late in the morning, bring your own sleeping eye mask.
i suspect this hotel is quite old, judging from the state of the rooms. the toilet looks like it can use a little upgrade. actually, it would be nice if the whole hotel can under-go a major renovation. since the location is pretty superb. just a few minutes walk and you're right on the nathan street which leads to mongkok and many other areas in kowloon.

this hotel perceived to be a 4 star hotel. it is not even close compared to hong kong. i found this hotel nothing better than a fancy 7 days inn. for hong kong hotel, they have no english channels, for that matter limited selection even for china. the beds are hard as a brick. there are no power outlets but one in the room, so if you need to run a laptop and charge a phone, you need to bring a power strip. the rooms, are beautifully designed, but leave a lot to desire. sleeping in not easy, as housekeeping even with a do not disturb light on, will call you before noon, to try to clean. the check in staff, and checkout are very good. the staff are kind, but this hotel for the rate charged, is same as a motel in the states, with the rates of as a 4 star hotel. i do no recommend this hotel unless you are wanting to have the feeling of sleeping on the floor and paying for it.

Best Location
Location & time of deposit luggage

It's located in the best location for changing the MTR route to every route. The stair is ok if compared to other MTR stations. (convenient stair & lower step).

Fantastic location and service
Strategic location to public transport (subway)
8.7
We chose this hotel primarily for its close proximity to the subway as we were travelling as a family of 4 adults and my mum who's in her 70's who had trouble walking too far. Another reason was the close proximity for food outlet and shopping which is just minutes walk away.
