Consider as big room in Hong Kong

Hotel is quite old but room is big and comfortable for two pax with 3 - 4 large luggage. Luggage are not required to stack up due to room is quite big
Shopping Tip:
Things are cheaper in Hong Kong compared to Singapore and Malaysia

The hotel's location is good, very near to long distance bus pick up points to Shenzhen. The hotel facilities are old and requires upgrading work. Hotel rates are relatively higher due to its good location, i guess.

It's located in the center of the shopping area. YOu can just walk to any where to shop and eat. There's a very good small congee restaurant behind the hotel. Also, just opposite the hotel side entrance, there are very good dim sum restaurant and noodle shop. Walk a bit further, next to McDonald, there is Park and Shop where you can buy whatever fruit, food and drink.
Shopping Tip:
There's street near by where there are a lot of small stand shop that sell just about everything similar to Temple street but closer to this hotel.

Room was small but as expected for the price.
Room was smelly and bathroom not all that clean.
Bed was extremely uncomfortable and even the pillows were like blocks of wood.
Quick and easy check in and check out.

The hotel is an old hotel, but with strategic location. It's good for sightseeing trips and shopping trip, as there are a lot of restaurants around. Even at night if you feel hungry and want to grab some HK local supper you can just walk out.

Very practical location for 1st time HK traveller.
Very near the Prince Edward MTR which will take you to just about everywhere in Hongkong. The room is promptly cleaned everyday. I like that the bathroom space is not compromised despite it being a mid-range priced hotel.

Fantastic location but did not know where to find nice food around. I would suggest that the management will incorporate training for the staff to know basic tour guide skills like giving directions, giving tips on where to eat and shop, etc. That would be a value-add that will make every traveller's stay in the hotel more memorable.
Shopping Tip:
The night market can be missed. There was really nothing in there when we visited. Head to the mall for shopping instead.
